Three Pines, our 1963, 2,800 sq. ft. home centrally located in OKC, has three bedrooms, two living areas, an equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, a fireplace, a pool, and more, to offer plenty of room and comfort for your stay. The primary bedroom (queen) features a private en-suite bath. The two additional bedrooms (one queen, one full) share a full hall bathroom equipped with a bidet. The half bath is in the front of the house. Each bedroom includes a smart TV and ceiling fans. Sofa in the front living room can be used as a queen bed.

The front living area has a gas starter/wood burning fireplace, the queen sofa bed, and a 75in TV. The back living room offers a cozy couch, a 55in TV, an office space, and a wall of windows leading to the back patio and outdoor living space. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove.

Our private backyard oasis has a refreshing pool (seasonal), outdoor seating and dining, a propane grill, and a fully fenced yard for your privacy and pets.

Accessibility: To enter, you'll come down the walkway or around the house from the driveway (no garage access) and go up two steps, besides entering the pool, those are the only 2 steps on the property.

Situated just a 15-minute drive from Downtown OKC, you'll be close to popular attractions such as Paycom Center, Scissortail Park, and the Botanical Gardens. Explore the OKC Adventure District with the Zoo and Remington Park, or enjoy the local vibe of Midtown, with favorites like Lorena's and McNellie’s Irish Pub. The Plaza District is only 12 minutes away with great local eats and shops including: The Press, Roxy's Ice Cream, Empire Slice House and DNS Galleries. Will Rogers Gardens and Lake Hefner’s Stars & Stripes Park are just minutes from your doorstep.

Our home is also a great location to several major medical complexes, less than 10 minutes to Integris and 15 minutes to Mercy, the VA, OU and Children's. Easy access to the highway and about 15 minutes from the airport as well.

The pool is open April 15 - October 15. As part of our standard hosting process, we require a brief pool safety waiver that will be sent before arrival. This applies to any stay between April 15th and October 15th and helps ensure everyone’s safety and understanding of pool use guidelines.
