This property is magnificent! Located in the perfect walking distance to the ocean. There are three bedrooms with full bathrooms and a hallway bath! The kitchen is manageable with everything you might need to prepare any food. The property manager, Sonaly, is such a wonderful resource, we felt like we had our very own concierge! The owner was also excellent to communicate with, and available at a moments notice. I highly recommend this condo and would absolutely come back!

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay here, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was amazing with cabanas, lounge chairs, a hot tub, and a large wading area in the pool for small kids or sunning. It was very short walk to an amazing beach.

Great Location - A few issues

The location is great. The condo was very clean. It looks just like the pictures. You may want to bring your own towels because the owners wanted to charge us for a make up stain on a towel, before it was washed. The AC unit on the guest unit was not cooling effectively, but I would think they have fixed that by now. Overall the place is a beautiful place, but bring your own towels and it would make it a great stay.

LeVent Condo Eagle Beach

We enjoyed our stay at LeVent on Eagle Beach. Natalie and Mike were very responsive. Getting in and out of the condo was very easy. Excellent, detailed instructions. The condo was beautiful. Excellent view of the water. Short walk to Eagle Beach which is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely rent again.

Wonderful place to stay in Aruba!

This unit is absolutely beautiful! We are 5 adults. The master bedroom and bath are huge! The 2 other bedrooms are of good size. Beds are comfortable. The unit immaculately clean upon arrival. The view of Eagle Beach and pool are gorgeous from the unit. The outdoor deck is huge with comfortable furniture. There are beach chairs in the laundry room which saves having to rent chairs on the beach. Only needed to rent umbrella. We did self check in and out very simple. The property owners are lovely and very responsive. We highly recommend this VRBO property and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Condo & Great Location

We were a family of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 small children). The condo was very nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. We had a great view of the pool, the ocean and the beautiful sun sets. The condo was set up with the master on one side, living area in the middle and 2 bedrooms on the other side. It worked perfectly for our family. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The hosts answered questions we had and kept us updated on check in and check out process. I certainly would rent from them again.

Aruba Levent Condo

This condo was so perfect for our first time family trip to Aruba. The property itself was very well maintained and I appreciated the pool area and common areas were cleaned daily. The condo itself was just as described and was very well stocked. There are beach towels, chairs and a large cooler supplied in the closet which was perfect for taking across to the beach or for when we spent the day at Baby beach. There was a starter supply of basic items as well as a few items we didn’t know we needed but came in handy- a large reusable grocery bag for example as the markets don’t supply them. Eagle Beach area is less crowded than the Palm Beach high rise area in terms of beach traffic but it was close enough that it was walkable if needed to get to the Palm Beach section for shopping and food options. We also saw several people using Birds to get from one area to another and there is a flat, wide, walking sidewalk that runs directly in front of the property. The view from our room overlooked the pool as well as beautiful ocean views. To access the beach area you do have to make a short walk down an access road and cross the street but all of condos in this area sit behind that road front. We didn’t have any issues during our stay so we didn’t have any communication with the property managers but we were given specific self check in instructions and everything went smoothly. Wonderful first visit and can definitely recommend this unit.

Lovely place but difficult owner

Although this unit is lovely (as pictured) and is in a wonderful location near a gorgeous beach, I would never stay here again because of our interactions with the owner. Even though the listing states that the unit can host 7 people (and indeed it can), the owner insisted on an added charge for over 4 guests. In addition, the owner tacked on a charge for damages that were clearly present upon our arrival. There is no shortage of units in Aruba. Find another one.

Amazing Place

We booked a short family trip to Aruba and came across this listing and are very glad we did! The host was very friendly. The condo was even better than we expected from seeing the photos. It's quite a large condo inside. Everything is very nice. There's a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The beautiful pool area is down below. The ocean is a pretty quick walk. There's a nearby grocery store and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. They leave a good amount of start up stuff and the only thing we needed to buy extra was an extra roll of paper towels while we were there. In four days, everything else they supplied was sufficient for us. What an amazingly beautiful place and if we ever find ourselves back in Aruba, we absolutely would stay here again! Thank you!!

Excellent luxurious condo. Wonderful ocean view. Beautiful Eagle beach right across the street. There are beach chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrella in the unit to use on the beach.Nice pool and hot tub at the pool and was never crowded. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay!!

This Eagle Beach condo is the perfect stay in Aruba! Our teen and our 8 year old each had their own bedroom & bathroom. Everything was in perfect working order and the beds were comfortable. Daniela, the property manager, was waiting for us when we arrived. The condo was bigger than expected and so was the balcony! We loved having use of the washer/dryer and full kitchen. Remember to bring your K cups! The condominium complex itself was just the right size. Plenty of loungers - no stress looking for a seat or saving a seat like other resorts in Aruba! Traveler's tip: Next store the Paradise Villas have a restaurant where we would go for breakfast or lunch or for Pina Coladas! There's even a back entrance from LeVent. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing stay at Condo 503 at the beautiful LeVent Condominium Resort at Eagle Beach! The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 as our kids were able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of space and super clean. The owners and property managers were very attentive and answered any questions and addressed any needs we had immediately. The view is gorgeous (spent every morning on the giant balcony watching the ocean). Short walk to Eagle Beach and chairs/cooler were provided. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful as well. We would 100% stay here again!

Condo and Beach were incredible

This was our first time to Aruba and we loved our condo on Eagle Beach. Our place was a luxurious 3br/3.5ba condo at Levent and we absolutely loved the condo and ocean views!!! Looking forward to coming back next year!
