The space
Step inside this beautifully preserved Victorian-style home, where ornate details and grand spaces set the tone for a luxurious getaway. The main level features a spacious living room with elegant furnishings, a formal dining room perfect for group meals, and a gourmet kitchen equipped for every occasion. Thoughtful touches blend classic charm with modern luxury, creating a warm, welcoming space to gather, relax, and enjoy time together.
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a welcoming wraparound porch with classic rocking chairs and a large covered dining table—perfect for morning coffee or evening meals with friends and family.
Inside, the grand entryway impresses with a sweeping staircase and elegant piano. To the left, the main living room with luxurious furnishings invites you to unwind.
Continue through to the heart of the home—an open kitchen, dining, and living area that flows seamlessly to the back patio and private pool. Whether you’re cooking, entertaining, or lounging poolside, every space has been designed for effortless relaxation.
Just past the kitchen, you’ll find a formal dining room ideal for special dinners. On this main level, there's also one full bathroom and a convenient laundry area.
Upstairs, four beautifully appointed bedrooms each feature a private en-suite bathroom. Originally a bed and breakfast, the home is thoughtfully designed to give every guest a sense of both comfort and privacy.
Step outside to your own private retreat. The spacious backyard features a sparkling pool, bubbling hot tub, and comfortable lounge seating perfect for sunbathing or evening cocktails by the fire pit. A covered dining area and gas grill make outdoor meals effortless, while the wraparound porch offers cozy spots to unwind with morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun sets over Douglas.

You will enjoy full and private access to the entire main house during your stay. The house has keyless entry and we'll send you the code the day before your arrival.
Please note there is an ADU above the garage that may be rented together or separately. If rented separately, guests in the ADU may use one parking space in the driveway and willl have a separate entrance on the opposite side of the garage.
Other things to note
This property includes both a main house and a separate guest suite (ADU), each offering complete privacy. The two spaces have independent entrances and dedicated parking areas, with no shared walls or indoor spaces. Guests enjoy a fully private stay year-round, with the only exception being the hot tub, which may be shared between the main house and this property from November 1 through March 31.
The private pool is open from June 1 to September 30 and available exclusively for your use.
The hot tub is open year-round—from April through October, it’s reserved solely for your group, while from November through March, it may be shared with guests staying in the guest suite.
After booking, you will be required to sign a liability waiver, ensuring you agree to our house rules and assume liability when using amenities such as the hot tub and bicycles. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival so we can confirm your reservation, and feel free to reach out before booking if you would like to see the rental agreement in advance.
Please note that a mandatory 5% community tourism fee is added to each reservation to support local tourism efforts.
