About This Space
Escape to your own private resort in the heart of the Poconos! Whether you are here for a family reunion, a getaway with friends, or a relaxing escape, our unique property is designed for unforgettable fun and comfort.

Step into a backyard oasis where you can play a round on your very own private 9-hole mini-golf course, relax by the peaceful on-site pond, or take a dip in the seasonal private pool. With a dedicated outdoor game shed and year-round access to the Emerald Lakes community indoor pool, this tree-lined, secluded retreat truly has something for everyone.

The Space
Our home is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom haven designed to comfortably host large groups. We provide fast Wi-Fi throughout the house and a layout that balances group fun with private relaxation.

Pond & Privacy: A beautiful on-site pond and a completely tree-lined backyard for ultimate privacy.

Fire Pit: Gather around the fire for s'mores and stories under the stars.

Play Set: A great addition for families traveling with kids.

COMMUNITY ACCESS

Access to other community amenities including lakes and parks Indoor pools (requires the purchase of an amenity pass).

Our home DOES include:
Pet-Friendly stays: Your furry friends are welcome! (A $150 fee applies for up to 2 pets. For their safety and the home's protection, pets must be crated whenever left unattended).

High-speed Wireless Internet.

Fresh linens and a starter set of bath towels.

Our home does NOT include:
Beach/Pool Towels: Please bring your own towels for use at the private pool or community center. (Our bath towels must remain in the home).

Toiletries: We provide a starter kit; for longer stays, please bring your own toothpaste, etc.

Paper Products: We provide one "starter" roll of paper towels and toilet paper.

Food & Spices: For safety and hygiene, we do not provide food or open seasonings.

Guest access
Simple Self Check-In
Enjoy the convenience of seamless self check-in! We use a smart lock keypad on the door, so you will receive a unique entry code before your arrival. You can come and go as you please without ever having to keep track of physical keys.

Full Property Access
The entire home and backyard oasis are exclusively yours during your stay! You have full, private access to the house, the seasonal pool, the outdoor game shed, the private pond, and the 9-hole mini-golf course. Please note: There are marked, locked owner's closets that contain our maintenance and cleaning supplies. We kindly ask that you do not disturb these locked doors.

Parking
You have full use of the private driveway, which accommodates a maximum of 4 cars. Please remember that the community strictly prohibits on-street parking.

Community Amenities
You are welcome to use the Emerald Lakes community amenities (including the indoor pool and lakes). Just remember to purchase your amenity passes directly from the association once you check in!

Prime Location
We are just minutes away from top Poconos attractions: Kalahari, Camelback Mountain, Pocono Raceway, Mount Airy Casino, and The Crossings Premium Outlets. Essentials are right around the corner, with Aldi, CVS, Walmart, and ShopRite just a short drive away.

Emerald Lakes Community Amenities & Passes
Our property is located within a community that features indoor/outdoor pools, parks, lakes, fishing, tennis courts, and basketball courts. To use these shared amenities, you can purchase passes from the association after check-in:

1-day pass: $20.00

3-day pass: $30.00

7-day pass: $50.00
(Children under 2 are free with an adult registration).

House & Community Rules

Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book.

Township Registration #: 015924

Parking: Strictly limited to 4 cars. The community does not allow on-street parking.

NO Fireworks: Our community strictly prohibits fireworks. Anyone in violation of community rules will be responsible for any fines incurred. The fine for use of fireworks inside the community is $500.00 per instance.

Trash Disposal
We kindly ask guests to take their trash to the community compactor during their stay and at checkout using the guest pass provided in the home.

Compactor Hours:

Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Thursday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

CLOSED: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

Alternate Option: If checking out on a day the compactor is closed, trash can be brought to Panther Waste (a quick 5-minute drive from the home) for a small fee of $3 per bag.

Exterior Security Cameras
For your safety and the protection of our home, we utilize exterior security cameras that actively monitor all outdoor spaces, including the pool and hot tub areas. We understand that having cameras on the property may be a dealbreaker for some guests. If that is the case, we completely understand and wish you the best in your search for the perfect vacation rental!

(Please note: Tampering with, covering, or disabling any of the cameras is a strict violation of our house rules and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund).
