Escape to this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home in the heart of Mackenzie Village, just 5 minutes from the ski hill. Perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing getaway, the property features a private hot tub and patio, ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes or exploring the area.

Mackenzie Plaza is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and 5 minutes from downtown Revelstoke. There is a year-round shuttle service that picks you up directly in front of the building and takes you to the Resort. MacKenzie Plaza is on BC Transit route 5. Visit their website for the current schedule and fare information. The area is also very cyclist and pedestrian friendly with sidewalks and paved multi-use pathways leading to Downtown Revelstoke.
To access the property, we will provide a code for the lobby door entrance, and a fob will then be located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided on the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.
Entry: A spacious hallway with custom hooks, boot dryers, and a coat closet provides plenty of space to store your belongings. Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your favourite meals, including a drip coffee machine with local coffee from Holm Coffee. Enjoy meals at the full-sized dining table or at the countertop seating for a quick bite. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Master Bedroom: King bed with an ensuite 5-piece bathroom, stocked with environmentally friendly bath products. Bedroom 2: Twin/queen bunk room, perfect for kids or additional guests, sharing a full bathroom with a bathtub. Deck & Hot Tub: Step onto the patio and soak in the full-size hot tub while taking in the fresh mountain air. Additional Amenities: Designated underground parking, Heated storage locker for skis, snowboards, and gear, Professional cleaning between stays

HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Townley Street
- at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East)
- turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
- you will be in the Building labelled 2000 (Building 2)
HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road
- at the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road)
- at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East)
- turn left on the stop sign at Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
- you will be in the Building labelled 2000 (Building 2)
Parking: This property comes with 1 reserved underground parking stall (8'4" clearance). The strata do not permit RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks in the parking garage. There is some street parking available for additional vehicles. Note that the ground-level parking lot is reserved for customers of the plaza shops, and the Strata may tow vehicles in this lot overnight. Please note that there is some development work being done on the retail buildings at MacKenzie Plaza. Please do adequate research before booking.
