The living area features a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen Smart TV, and open flow into the dining area and kitchen. With three bedrooms and two full baths, there’s room for everyone—two queen bedrooms and a twin room perfect for kids.
Located just 10 minutes from Boone or Banner Elk, the home offers quick access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, and several popular ski resorts including Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain.
Guests enjoy seasonal access to community amenities—a swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and scenic walking trails. The home is pet-friendly (max 2 dogs with fee) and includes A/C, laundry, firewood, and free Wi-Fi.
