Welcome to this updated, end-unit, GROUND FLOOR, golf villa with easy front door parking. This wonderful Cypress Bend condo in Barefoot Landing Resort is a light-filled with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable new furnishings, plus large flat screen tv, washer/dryer, and screened-patio overlooking the pond fountain. Relax with your morning coffee on the patio. The kitchen includes essential appliances, dishware, cookware, glasses, utensils, & everything you'll need to prepare a meal. Dining allows seating for 6 and breakfast barstools for 2. Nice updated family room furnishings and large flat screen TV for watching golf when you're not hitting the greens.

The condo is PET FRIENDLY and requires a non-refundable $300 pet fee/per pet. 2 DOGS ONLY and Maximum size 30 pounds. Guest will be fined if they do not clean up after their pet.

The main bedroom is a QUEEN with ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo) with large window views of the pond. Both of the other bedrooms rooms share the hall bathroom (tub/shower combo) and consists of bunk beds (2 FULL size mattresses) and one DOUBLE bed. All three bedrooms include TV'S. All bed and bath linens will be provided during your stay and beds will be freshly made upon your arrival -- just bring your beach/pool towels.

The sunny Cypress Bend community pool is in the center of the complex, but close walking distance to this unit. There is also an outdoor charcoal grill station by the pool. All BareFoot Resort guests also have access to the grand, one-acre pool at the Barefoot North Tower Resort, located by the marina. All Barefoot Landing communities are offered a FREE beach shuttle to Windy Hill Beach, or the North Tower Resort Pool, or to Barefoot Landing's retail shopping and dining center (Memorial Week to Labor Day Weekend) No traffic or parking worries for you.

At SC beaches, NO beach badges are required. If you choose to drive, the beach is approx. 2 miles away, where you can park at any public access (hourly fee) parking. The owner provides use of beach chairs and other items, but if you need more supplies (umbrellas, chairs, baby items, bikes) they can be rented locally, we can recommend a rental service (cheaper than the NMB city parks and rec beach service) that will bring any items to your door and pick them up again at departure.

You will be delighted with everything Barefoot Resort has to offer, from golf, dining, shopping, entertainment and attractions, within minutes of your condo. Barefoot Resort hosts four championship golf courses: Fazio, Dye, Love, and Norman. The 2300-acre master planned communities are nestled in a lush green paradise, just across the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. Minutes in any direction of NMB, are restaurants, theaters, attractions, marina, LIVE music entertainment, shopping centers and outlet malls to fulfill your vacation needs and souvenir hunting.

Head a little further south to Myrtle Beach and you will find endless unique shops, restaurants and tourist attractions, such as Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Mall, and Tanger Outlets and the nostalgic MB Boardwalk. If golf is the main reason for your visit, you're in the right place. The GRAND STRAND is famous for over 100+ golf courses to choose from. Dotted along the local coastal area are quaint smaller communites that specialize in the best of seafood dining -- like Murrells Inlet, SC and Calabsh, NC.
