Welcome to Bella Vista, a spacious mountain-view cabin with stunning long-range vistas and room for up to 13 guests. Enjoy cozy, lodge-style living spaces, warm gathering areas, and family-friendly amenities. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, 7 minutes to Lake Blue Ridge, and a short drive to hiking trails, mountain biking, and the Toccoa River for world-class fishing in the Aska Adventure Area. We are dog-friendly with breed approval and additional fee per night.

Main Floor Queen Bedroom, Bathroom & Laundry: Queen bed with access to the outdoor porch. Located next to the main floor bathroom and laundry. The bathroom features double sinks and a tub/shower combo, along with a convenient laundry area.
Basement Bedroom: King bed with access to the lower porch, hot tub, and hammocks, creating a private retreat.
Bunk Room: Features a full (bottom) bunk and twin (top) bunk—perfect for kids or additional guests.
Basement Bathroom: Tub/shower combo with fishing-themed décor.
Bathrooms: Equipped with towels, washcloths, hand towels, hair dryers, and toilet paper. Personal hygiene products are not provided.
Extra Sleeping Areas: Pull-out couches include bedding and memory foam toppers.

Basement Living Space: Features a pull-out couch, large TV, and DVD player, with direct access to the lower porch, hammocks, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit.
Basement Game Area: Includes a pool table, darts, and additional space for the whole family.
