Plan a day at the beach, one of a dozen nearby golf courses and farmer's markets, or just sightseeing in East Jordan, Boyne City and Charlevoix - all within a short drive or boat cruise.

The lodge sits on beautifully landscaped acreage directly across from Elm Point, a serene beachfront park and your own private boat dock with endless water activities at your fingertips. The dock is located in a cove which provides wind coverage and a designated swim area, assuring slow boat speeds nearby and safe swimming!

Indoors you'll enjoy 5 cozy bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with large living and play areas. The open-concept great room features comfy lodge-style décor, a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (including new high-end knives) and panoramic views of forest, maple trees, farm windmill, and of course, Lake Charlevoix. If you must work while you're here, work remotely from the private home office, then unwind by the fire with a drink in hand or by the shoreline as the sun sets over the lake.

Located just 15 minutes from Charlevoix and 22 minutes from Boyne Mountain, the Lakeside Lodge is perfectly positioned for year-round fun — from boating and beach days in summer to skiing and snowboarding in winter. 5 minutes away, East Jordan has a lovely coffee shop (The Iron Goat), ice cream parlor, restaurants, grocery store, a beautiful park, Mallard Golf Club and more!

This house is everything as advertised! Very clean with lots of places to sleep. Right across the street from the lake which was awesome! The host was very responsive with any questions we had. Couldn’t recommend this house more for an up north Michigan vacation with a group!

The house was spacious and updated and had many nice amenities accommodating our 3 families with nice large areas to dine and enjoy family games. The views of the lake were beautiful. The hostess was prompt in responding to any concerns.

We absolutely loved staying here for a ski weekend at Boyne. Check in/check out were very easy and the hosts were extremely responsive throughout the weekend. The cabin was well stocked with kitchen supplies, toiletries, extra blankets, board games--everything we could want. I can't imagine an overall easier or better experience, which is no small feat for a group of 19! Everyone is already talking about returning next year--thank you for having us!

There are rare occasions when a property matches its online photos to a “T”… this was one of them. There wasn’t anything out of place here. The host was amazing throughout our stay. No issues, house was cozy, we had literally everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Checking in and out was flawless and expectations were met. If you’re considering this property, book it! The more we moved around the house, the more we appreciated our booking. 100/10!

Perfect stay for New Year 2026!This property is an excellent option for a multi-family vacation. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.The house features a huge kitchen and a large dining area connected to the living room, making it perfect for gathering together. On the main floor, there is a master bedroom with a spacious bathroom and walk-in closet.Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a king bed and a sofa bed, and another with a queen/full-size bed (in between sizes). Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms.The basement includes an entertainment/living room, a full kitchen, and an additional bedroom with a queen bed.The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, even for longer stays. Highly recommended!

The house was clean, easy to find, and exactly as the pictures show it to be. A beautiful kitchen, plenty of room for 7 adults and 4 kids, nice deck and patio for s'mores and late night fire pit chats. The park across the street is not great for swimming or anything else, but there are plenty of excellent public swimming spots within 5-10 minute drive. Speaking of which, easy drive into Charlevoix or Boyne City make it an excellent location.

Very very nice place. Top notch amenities and super clean. The kitchen upstairs is beautiful and the huge island was a great place to hang out. I cant say enough how nice this house and property are. With 7 adults and 5 kids (including one that was in a pack and play) it was perfect for us.
