Welcome to our newly renovated (2024) 2-bedroom walkout basement suite with private entrance, full kitchen, in-suite laundry, and 1,000 sq. ft. of bright living space. Spacious master bedroom, second bedroom, and open living/dining area—most of the suite is above ground with plenty of natural light. Only 1 min walk to bus stop, 6 min drive to Walmart, 15 min to University of Calgary, and 20 min to downtown. Kananaskis (1 hr) and Banff (2 hrs) are perfect for day trips.

1 full bathroom
Full kitchen with modern appliances
