Saadallah Cozy-ta

Enjoy a countryside getaway at The Saadallah Cozy-ta in Glenwood, Maryland. This 2-bedroom retreat sleeps 4 and features a bedroom and full bath conveniently located on the first floor, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Unwind in the fenced backyard, share a meal outdoors or gather around the fire pit. Enjoy fresh eggs from our hens and seasonal herbs and vegetables from the garden, with parks and trails a short drive away. Eggs and garden produce are subject to availability.

The space
You will have your booked home to yourself. The property is a duplex with two separate accommodations that share a wall, and another group may be staying in the neighboring home during your visit. Please be mindful of neighboring guests and observe quiet hours from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Both homes have separate entrances, and their own designated large parking areas. The parking areas can accommodate parking for minimum four cars to each home.

All outdoor space, including the fenced yard of nearly an acre of green space, grilling area, the fire pit, farm and garden areas, are large enough to be shared, and are available for all guests to enjoy. We love sharing this peaceful corner of Maryland with our guests. Whether you want a quick walk by the pond or a full day in the forest, there’s something here for every pace and style of adventure.

Warfield Pond Park -(~3-4 minute drive) for fishing, paved trails, large playground, tennis courts, basketball courts.

Western Regional Park - (~4-5 minute drive) with miles of paved trails, pickle ball courts, soccer, lacrosse, baseball fields, playgrounds.

Patuxent River State Park - (~5 minute drive) The park has both marked and unmarked trails. The best maintained trail systems are in the Southern Area and Central Area. Expect creek crossings, rolling woods, and fewer crowds than places like Patapsco. *trails can be muddy especially after rain events*
