The Space:

This amazing dog-friendly home is tucked back behind the trees to make your vacation a tropical little paradise. The large wrap-around porch is great for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine after a long day down by the water. There is also a spacious screened porch in the back of the home to entertain friends and family. You're going to love the glossy wood interior with its large kitchen, open living area, gas grill, and enclosed back yard. Spend your afternoon on the beach then come home to spray off the sand under a brand new private enclosed outdoor shower.



What’s Nearby:

If you want to give those dogs their morning exercise, you have miles of beautiful Folly Beach for them to run around. While you're out, check out Folly Beach Pier for its seasonal festivals and events like the Folly Beach Jazz Festival and FollyPalooza music festival. If you're interested in biking, crabbing, or camping, James Island County Park is just under nine miles away with lots of beautiful nature and even a climbing wall and Splash Zone Waterpark to check out.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful open kitchen and entertainment area. It was too hot to enjoy the back deck but the back deck was screened in with TVs which is glorious. We also loved how precious renters left the pantry stocked with food that they couldn’t use. That was very helpful and we did the same. Location is perfect as well. I’m trying to book this property again!

Fun dog friendly Folly Island home with great kitchen

well, equipped kitchen, super master bath, two of three bedrooms, very comfortable near the beach near town. Suggest laundering large throws & bed spread as home is pet friendly.

Wonderful house in a great location. Just minutes to the beach. Loved the screened in porch for movie night, and the front porch for morning coffee!

Fantastic beach house

This property is absolutely aces. The owners/ management thought of practically everything when appointing this property! It’s a great hang out space in addition to being in a great location! Loved it a lot! And would definitely rent it again.

Perfect stay

Spent a long weekend with spouse and our dog. The location and setup of the house was great. It was well stocked and everything worked great- especially the heat. It was very cold weather. We look forward to coming back with family sometime soon

Beautiful!

Such a beautiful time away! We live in West Ashley and love having our annual family vacation at Folly Beach! This home was so great for our family of 7! Clean and beautiful and easy! Great front porch and back porch as well! Just a few minutes walk from the beach and a bit longer walk to downtown for meals. Great location!

Spacious, beautiful, good location. Probably the best stocked with kitchen supplies I've ever been at. Only minor gripe: the house is dark at night due to no lights in the ceiling, but it was a wonderful stay!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable home- perfect for beach week

Beautiful home -three bedrooms, but additional spaces to work or read. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved the front and back porches. (Note: the is house is on a fairly busy street. But easy to get to beach and other side streets)

Loved Our Stay

We loved this home and it's property very much. The decor was sophisticated beach vibe and very comfortable. So close to the beach and accessible to the a lovely market called Bert's and Center Street on foot. Thank you for all the extra amenities provided. It was nice to find such a well equipped kitchen! The homes appliances were premium and worked well. I loved the pretty bedding and we all slept very well. This area of Folly is nice and quiet. We hope to come again and would love to stay here.

Great tropical getaway!

This is a great looking, comfortable and fun house nestled in the trees. It is located one block from the beach and has great outdoor space as well. It was incredibly well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. It is not for anyone with difficulty climbing stairs (like lots of beach homes, it is up a level from the street) and the claw foot tub/shower setup is a little tricky for older folks to get in and out of safely. A walk in shower in one of the baths would be a wonderful improvement for this property, but otherwise we found it ideal.

GREAT HOUSE!!!! Turn key and cozy!

I feel like every time we rent a VRBO house- it is sort of a little bit of luck involved when trying to choose the right property! The second we entered the house- I felt a sigh of relief thinking to myself "whew, my family will be happy here". We own a restaurant so when on vacation going out is always our first chase. However, the house so well stocked, one night we decided to cook in and my son invited a couple friends from his college over and they all loved the house as well! The neighbors next door play their rock n roll music all day, but luckily I grew up with Led Zeppelin so it was not a problem and they shut it down early evening. I would tell anyone not to hesitate renting this house!

Highly Anticipated Getaway!

House / Amenities / Features were nearly perfect, especially for our first vacation with our dog! Well stocked kitchen including dog food/water bowls and feeing area under stairs to loft, excellent fenced in yard and dog door to back porch, front porch has a latch gate - everything one could want for traveling with a dog! Very open and spacious - the actual house meets or exceeds pics/description. One consideration - this is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house plus an open loft with a nice privacy curtain. Another twin bed at front entry provides flexibility for sleeping or a getaway to rest for those sharing a room. The porches can be stiflingly hot during the prime summer season (despite being shaded) but we imagine early/late season or winter LOVING them. Nice touches such as a basket of flip flops, extra towels for beach, sand chairs and a few spare necessities. What could be better? BRING PAPER GOODS! Only 1 roll paper towels (no napkins), and 1 extra roll of TP. Was plenty of laundry detergent. We brought dishwasher pods. WILL RENT AGAIN!!!!
