CLEANING FEE POLICY FOR EXCESSIVE CLEANING !!
We kindly ask all guests to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. This includes both inside and outside areas of the home.

If the property is left excessively dirty or messy—such as stained furniture, food spills, trash scattered inside or outside, or damage requiring extra cleaning—a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. Any bodily fluids such as urine, feces, and/or vomit will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
