The space:
This duplex down apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests in the two beds plus an additional guest on the full size air mattress. Each floor has one bedroom and one bathroom, and the lower level has space for a full size air mattress as well. The living room sectional is on the first floor and may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.
Bedroom #1: on 1st floor with a queen size bed
Bedroom #2: on lower level with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom
Air mattress: full size (best used in lower level office nook just outside the master bedroom)
Amenities:
In-unit laundry, two dedicated workspaces, kitchen island with bar stool seating, smart TV, self check-in, and high-speed Wifi
Location:
- All within walking distance: coffee shops, multiple parks, BYOB Mexican, Mediterranean, and Sushi, grocery & convenience stores, and countless bars & restaurants
- Within 5min. drive: West Loop, Wicker Park, and River North; and less than 10 minutes to United Center
Parking:
- Permitted street parking is available directly outside the building on Throop St. Daily parking permits are provided free of charge for up to two weeks and longer term permits can be purchased from the city for ~120 USD/year.
- Free non-permit street parking is often available on Huron St within a block of the building
Other things to note:
- The apartment is on the 1st floor and lower level of a walk-up building which does not have an elevator, and stairs are required in order to access the building as well as the lower level master bedroom and office nook.

3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).

6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
