Sleeping Arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a newly remodeled ensuite with double vanities and a walk-in shower, a private workstation with monitor, mouse, and keyboard, and a 70” Smart TV. It also includes blackout curtains, ceiling fan, oscillating tower fan, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

Guest bedroom one includes a king-size bed, a 55” Smart TV, remote-controlled ceiling fan, blackout curtains, oscillating fan, and lamps.

Guest bedroom two offers a queen-size bed, a 55” Smart TV, ceiling fan, oscillating fan, blackout curtains, and closet with hangers.

The living room includes a pull-out queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress for additional guests. A Pack ’n Play with mattress and a highchair are also provided for families.

Bathrooms

The primary ensuite features a spacious walk-in shower and double vanity, designed for comfort and convenience.

The guest bathroom offers a beautifully updated deep soaker tub with a single vanity, ideal for a relaxing bath, though guests should take a bit of care when stepping in and out due to the depth.

Water leak sensors are placed near plumbing fixtures to help maintain the home’s quality and comfort. We kindly ask that these remain in place during your stay.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, reverse osmosis filtered water and ice machine, Nespresso machine, large coffee maker, and electric kettle. Additional amenities include an air fryer, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and wine glasses. Complimentary tea, creamer, and sugar are available. The dining table seats eight comfortably.

Enjoy a variety of games including poker, playing cards, rumbling tower, and Connect Four for guests of all ages.

Outdoor Living

Spend time by the large private pool or gather around the patio fire pit. The outdoor seating area is perfect for relaxing and entertaining throughout the day or evening.

Please note: some areas of the surrounding concrete may have natural settling or uneven surfaces. Guests are encouraged to watch their step and enjoy the space with care.

For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please observe the following pool guidelines:
• Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
• No diving or running near the pool area.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Glass containers are not permitted in or around the pool.

A washer and dryer are located in the newly renovated garage. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the number of guests on your reservation.

Comfort and Convenience

The entire home features central air and heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs in every bedroom.
Parking is available on the property. Garage is not available for parking vehicles.

Check Out Policy:

Check out time: 11:00 AM
• Leave used towels in the bathroom.
• Place trash in the kitchen bin.
• Return remotes to their original spot.
• Make sure all doors and windows are locked.

No need to deep clean our cleaning team will take care of the rest.

Late checkouts must be approved in advance if there is availability and upon approval the cost is $40 per hour past 11:00 AM.

Unapproved late checkouts will result in a $75 fee per hour fee past checkout time.

Noise Policy

To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, loud music, parties, and gatherings are not permitted.
Please keep noise levels respectful, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Parking

Guests may park in the dedicated driveway in front of the garage or on the street near the property.

Please note: garage parking is not permitted. Vehicles parked inside the garage may cause damage to the flooring and are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized Guest

Our home accommodates up to 8 guests total.
Only the number of guests listed in your reservation are permitted to stay overnight.

Unauthorized guests (anyone not included in your reservation) are subject to a $100 per person, per night fee and may result in cancellation without refund.

Please make sure your booking reflects the correct guest count before check-in.
