The unit is 38sqm in size with 1 double size bed with pull out bed, 3 seater sofa and extra flr mattress. The unit is equipped with basic cookware and dining ware if you wish to cook. However it is strictly prohibited to cook food with foul odor. Washing machine is also available to use and the shower has water heater. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney plus is ready to use by guest for free.

The condominium has 4 swimming pool in total. 2 adult pool and 2 kiddy pool. Pool tickets are available at the admin office (150 regular days and 300 public holidays).
