A Place At The Beach offers extensive amenities and one of the best family getaways imaginable - there's practically no reason to ever leave the resort grounds!


Can't you just see the excitement on your children's faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool and water slide or the nine-hole putt-putt golf course? Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells.


This third-floor courtyard condo, accessible by elevator, features an ocean view balcony, a comfortable living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and free WiFi throughout the living space. Coin-operated laundry facilities are on-site as well.

We enjoyed our stay. While its listed to sleep 6, it is a small space so would fit maybe 4 and still be quite cozy. The amenities really made the place. The kids loved the pool, playfround space and the beach access was great too. The room was clean enough, didnt see anything crazy. Overall great stay. Its an affordable room with plenty of benefits for a small group.

Great location! Nice amenities! Close to great restaurants and site seeing. Great for families. So much to do on the property. You wouldn't really have to leave if you didn't want to. Highly recommend.

Door lock was hard to use. Ceiling fan chain in BR kept falling off. Night light in second bath was dead. Kitchen storage space was borderline. Overall somewhat shabbier and different furniture arrangement than photos. It was a pain to have to check in and out at two places. Property facilities were good, we were there with friends who have a timeshare at the property. We would not choose to stay in this unit again. First time we've been disappointed with VRBO.

Dated, but not bad

The room was a bit dated, but for the price I can’t complain. My biggest issues were that the “king size” bed was actually a Queen (Not a huge deal, but I would like to receive what I pay for), and the seating definitely isn’t ideal for a party of more than 3. If they added better furniture (couches and chairs) and added better beds, I would probably book again next year.

Cockroaches throughout the unit. My grandchildren woke me up because bugs were on them. The mattress on the sofabed is so old..my daughter had to sleep on cushions on the floor. The kitchen is very run down. A full or partial refund should be made.

OLD OUTDATED UNSAFE

Unclean. OLD. Awful furniture. Uncomfortable torn sofa was uneven and cushions torn. Bed was a full ( mattress and box spring)on just a metal frame. Looked and felt like something from the forties. Sat down at foot and they flipped and I ended in the floor. Couldn't use sockets. Smoke alarm went off evertime we cooked. Location and view perfect. NEED TO UPGRADE food eggs on dishes and utensils and on pots and pans. Food in warming drawer Food in drawers of trundle bed (1/2 eaten cookie and crackers) Fishy smell to refrigerator freezer.

This room desperately needs to be upgraded. The toilet in the master bathroom was slow to flush. The tub stained. There were stains in the master bedroom ceiling from dirt or whatever gross stuff comes out of the air vent. There was about a 2 inch space between the counter and refrigerator that had so much crap on the floor that looks like it had never been cleaned. The blinds in the living room were cracked or had some missing. One window had no blind at all. The screen on another window was shredded. There was dirt in the sliding door track. The wifi kept asking to reconnect and was extremely slow. I have stayed in other units, and have never had this issue. It was nice to have a table on the deck area. And the drying rack was useful.

Great place to stay.

Have been in and out of home tending to my 80 year old mother with health issues. The condo was very clean and quiet. A really good place for me to decompress after a trying day. The view of the ocean and the sounds were just what I needed. Great place to stay.
