Serenity now! Practice your favorite mantra in this incredible semi-sound-front home in Brigands Bay. Near the end of Kings Point Drive, Serenity will keep you near the fish, birds, and incredible waterfront sunrises and sunsets. The ground level has a large, grassy yard, an outside shower, and a wonderful bulkhead with a dock for crabbing or boating. The main level has a first-class waterfront den that leads to a sun deck. Meals are a breeze in the all-equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar, a nearby dining area, and a half bath. The living area with a cathedral ceiling is perfect for comfort and views. A large, sound-front main bedroom has a semi-private bath. Guests can head up to rest in bedrooms two, three, and four. Two of these bedrooms share a full hall bath. Things to know:
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

This house has plenty of room to relax. You can watch beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Back deck is excellent for sitting after beach. It's in the shade with a cool breeze..so is the bench on the dock if you want to fish.

We loved our stay. The location is great! Some appliances could use updating and not all the interior doors actually shut correctly. These things did not deter from our stay!

Fantastic House!

The house was super clean! Great floor plan with plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked and I loved the large oven/stove. The deck and dock was newly replaced and well built. We really enjoyed the kayaks and access to beach items and paddle boards. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The yard and neighborhood were great for our dog, and the house had everything we expected and more. The kayaks included one double and two singles, which were perfect for our family. The water was shallow and easy for our kids to try kayaking and paddleboarding with the boards that were there. The rental company was very responsive too!

We have stayed in many homes in Brigands Bay over the years. This is a nice home, very nice community!! It could use a few updates. While functional, the stove is very old!! Nice storage below, watch your head under house,no under house parking.

Peaceful setting...Beautiful view

The house is well equipped. Linens and towels provided. Loved the deck overlooking the canal. This is our second time in this cottage. Cleaning was much better this time and some minor repairs had been made, which were very much appreciated. Will rent again in the future.

Lovely House, But Faulty AC

This house is spacious and well equipped, with beautiful views, but had no working AC on the second floor during a heat wave, so we had to relocate.

Getting Pricey

We thoroughly enjoyed the beach house. It was confortable and convenience. The water access was excellent and the house comes with ocean kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs...you name it! The price has increased atronomically, the house doesn't have a view of the sunset over the sound, the kayaks are missing their drain plugs, and the sliding door needs some serious work. We were hoping to rent it again next year but the price is just too much next year.

Not happy

House was not up to the quality we have come to expect from Hatteras Realty. Tv's were problematic(took 3 days to fix) No internet for 5 out of the 7 days we were there. House was in need of electrical update. Leaky faucet in main bathroom. some doorknobs need replacing. This house was just not as nice as any of the many homes I've rented over the past 20 years.

Amazing stay at Brigand’s Bay

We had an amazing stay at Serenity. I was a little nervous since there were no reviews about this property, but we were incredibly pleased all around. Although the furniture and rugs have seen some wear (the house allows pets which is why we stayed there since we have a small dog) the house was very clean when we arrived, the views of the sound are incredible, there are 3 kayaks available for use which we loved having, we fished off the dock, went swimming, and rented a small skiff from Hatteras Parasail that was just perfect for riding around and fishing. The four bedrooms were perfect for our family of five and small dog. The living room and sunroom gave us plenty of room to relax and spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed. A few recommendations - bring toilet paper and soap, we had one roll of TP per bathroom when we arrived and a very small soap for each bathroom. Also, bug spray is critical especially in the evening. The only thing we think could improve at the house was the bushes/trees were very overgrown and cover the pretty views from the master bedroom and views from the sunroom, a little trim on those bushes would be great. We highly recommend and would be back!
