New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

You'll be the envy of any doll when you stay at the beautiful oceanfront Victorian Dollhouse this year! Affording beautiful ocean views visible from large sundecks, this four-bedroom home offers beautiful furnishings and tons of great extras to help you have a fantastic vacation.

The first floor offers a separate family room and two bedrooms. The second floor will be the main gathering place for your crew, with a third bedroom, a spacious great room, a kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining room, while the third floor rounds out your living spaces with a primary bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and a comfy sitting room, perfect for reading a book or writing a postcard. When taking a break from the beach, enjoy lots of viewing entertainment with three TVs, a DVD player, and a stereo/CD player. You'll enjoy the added bonus of having streaming access to all your favorite movies and shows. For outdoor fun, enjoy a game on the shuffleboard court or relax in the seven-person hot tub in the screened-in porch, complete with bar and stools and two refrigerators.

Convenient high-speed WiFi is available for your laptop when you want to stay connected while on vacation and you'll also get to enjoy a Free OBR Pool Pass in Avon for some additional aquatic fun. THINGS TO KNOW
Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, located at the Avon office address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from May 24 to September 8, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.

*Oceanfront homes are subject to beach nourishment projects scheduled by individual towns. Ask us about any planned beach nourishment in our area.*

Victorian Dollhouse made me feel like Queen Victoria. This house has everything you could ever want or need. So comfortably accommodating! House is for sale and would buy if I were able to.

Biggest issue is the hot tub was gross. Real dissapointment. We didn't use it. Lots of scale, and the cover was completely split and drooping into the water, even tho the tub was only 2/3 full. Temp was set to auto 80f, so appeared to have not been checked at all before we checked in. Overall very sketchy.Other issues were the top floor master bedroom TV didn't work. The bottom floor largest bedroom smelled super mildewy, luckily we didn't need to use it. And the grill on the screened porch was a rusted blech mess. Did have what seemed a full propane tank, but we didn't bother trying to use it.Good things were the basic bath linens were indeed provided, one bag per bed, and the washer/dryer did work (tho could only handle smallish loads). Dishwasher worked, and there's an icemaker in the freezer.The large soaker tub in the upstairs master bath didn't look great because it's an acrylic plastic tub from the Clinton administration. But we wiped it down and tried it as a hot tub substitute a couple nights (without the jets). Surprisingly there was enough hot water to fill it to a comfortable temp and depth, which was nice.So overall, a dissapointing expereince. While *technically* everything matched the description (for ex, there was technically a hot tub that might've worked after a full cleaning and service, etc), the whole house felt like it'd seen no real upkeep for a long time and no upgrades in forever. It has a for sale sign in front, that prolly explains a lot.

Winter break

Beautiful sunrises every day!! Just relaxed listening to ocean, completed puzzles, explored all villages and OBX. Great beach walks with dog owned the beaches, no one there!!!! Just too bad few restaurants open in winter down there!

House is for sale

Although this house has excellent location, we found that the condition of the house has been neglected. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was an excessive amount of spiders in all areas of the home. With a little TLC this house could be made into a very nice rental.

Beautiful Getaway

Wonderful property and beach. Easy check in, and clean. Towels were provided which is wonderful, but they aren't a soft cotton. Bring towels. Great vacation, we would rent this house again..

Great Beach House

This was my third beach house rental on the Outer Banks of North Carolina as I usually book during the off-season for the quietness and the entire beach to myself. House is located on the beach front and is very nice.
