Dog friendly home on the oceanfront with private pool, hot tub, elevator, 180 degree ocean view and spacious decks.

Doc Holiday has so much to offer - incredible 180 degree views, sunrises over the ocean, and sunsets off the west deck. And that's only the beginning. Two boardwalks lead directly from the house to the beach, and there's a 10-foot x 27-foot private elevated pool, a grill, and a grassy front yard for when you're ready for a break from the sand. Enjoy a poolside hot tub and a poolside sitting room with a bonus sleeper sofa which make outdoor gatherings a breeze. Unpack with ease, thanks to the ground-level entry and the elevator that services all four levels.

Step inside and head into the game room, where you'll find a pool table, a TV, and a stereo/CD player. Of the five inviting bedrooms, all are oceanfront with easy deck access and ceiling fans, and three are primary bedroom suites with private bathrooms. Enjoy oceanfront living on three spacious levels, including the 20-foot x 30-foot great room with unobstructed ocean views and a melodious surround-sound system. The adjoining dining room for 12 allows everyone to enjoy seafood feasts together. Outside, there are three furnished, oceanfront decks with outdoor speakers. Additional amenities include seven TVs, five DVD players, two stereo/CD players, and high-speed WiFi. Spend your holiday at Doc Holiday and discover what the good life is all about.

We have rented Casa Kinnakeet twice now. We really like this house. It`s always very clean and well kept. There is plenty of room to walk our dog. Great location near all sorts of restaurants and stores. Beds are comfortable, house is well equipped in the kitchen. Nice size kitchen for a small house that is open to the dining and living area so everyone can be together in the same place. Fins Up was the best house our family has rented in the OBX. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and the location was perfect. We liked that this house is canalfront and had three, one person kayaks available for use. The dock was small, but perfect for launching the kayaks. This house is also not far from a fantastic beach access (about a five minute walk...which we didn`t consider far at all considering we were canalfront). We were also within walking distance of several restaurants and stores including Cups and Cone which is always a favorite with our family. The only tiny complaint we had was regarding the beds. The mattresses were a little too firm for us, but others may not be bothered by this. Otherwise, a great house in a great location. Can`t wait to book again!
