Designed with families and groups in mind, this 6-bedroom home offers plenty of room to gather, unwind, and make memories together—all with the ocean just outside your door!!

Step into the bright and inviting great room, where comfortable furnishings and a beautiful stone fireplace create a welcoming place for everyone to reconnect after a day on the beach. Large windows showcase beautiful ocean and sound views, bringing the coastal scenery right into the home.

The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing everything from quick beach-day snacks to family dinners easy, while the spacious dining area provides plenty of room to gather around the table together. Complimentary WiFi keeps everyone connected throughout the stay.

Outside is where this home truly embraces beach living. Two spacious oceanfront decks provide wonderful places to enjoy the salt air, soak up the sunshine, or simply sit back and listen to the waves. Gather around the outdoor picnic table for an alfresco meal with an ocean view, then end the evening with a relaxing soak in the home's private hot tub.

After a day on the sand, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower with dressing area before heading inside. With six bedrooms, including five oceanfront bedroom suites, everyone has space to relax and recharge for another day along the coast.

Guests also have seasonal access to the Hampton Colony community outdoor pool, giving your group another way to cool off and enjoy sunny North Topsail Beach days.

This is a beautiful home with everything you need! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, it has plenty of room for big groups and no bedrooms have to share a bathroom. One of our favorite houses to rent!

Beautiful ocean front home with all of the amenities! Perfect for our extended family of 12. The bathroom in each room was an added bonus. Comfortable living area and great kitchen!! We could all sit and visit. Definitely a wonderful property we plan to return to!!

The house was absolutely amazing! We loved staying there. The only suggestions I have is, need at least one empty cupboard for food, and the bunk beds need new mattresses. Feels like sleeping on springs. Overall, the house is big enough for a large family, love the fact each bedroom has its own bathroom! we will definitely come back to the house to stay again. The host was wonderful answering questions prior to our stay, and reacted quickly when we ran into A/C issue for the upstairs. Thank you for opening up your home to our family.

Hampton Colony 412

This was my second year staying in this property, and it continues to be outstanding. Having a bathroom for every one of the bedrooms (and an additional one) make it perfect for large groups. It is located on a very convenient part of the island right near the bridge giving easy access to grocery stores and some mainland restaurants, and only a short drive to surf city further down the island. Hot tub, views of the ocean, and furnishings are all top notch. Highly recommend.

Adventures by the sea

We had eight adults and three kids under 5 for the week. We had plenty of room to visit and play. The ocean is just steps away, and so close you can hear the waves at night. The kitchen accommodated the preparation of several large family meals. The icemaker was a hit. Everyone enjoyed having their own bathroom. The living room area is large, and there is enough seating for everyone to relax. Location is great. Close to the grocery and not far from fun things and stores in Surf City. They even have a service that takes the garbage to the curb and brings it back.

Location, location, location

This ocean front home is just feet from the beach! Perfect location for a nice getaway! The house was perfect for us 5 couples. The super nice thing about this house is that each bedroom has it's own bathroom! It gave each of us privacy and our own space. Another big plus is that 5 of the bedrooms has outside entrances and facing the ocean! It was so nice and relaxing on the deck and watching the pelicans and shrimp boats and the waves etc. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we missed is not having a grill for cooking. Also maybe a couple lounge chairs outside on the deck would be nice for sunbathing.
