This condo is within walking distance to restaurants, bakery, hospitals, the Public Gardens and all that downtown has to offer, including being only a 7-minute walk to the waterfront. The unit has a huge private deck with LOTS of sunshine. Indoor parking available @ $25 / day.

This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with 6 appliances, 2 bedrooms with a Casper queen size mattress & 1 bathroom with a shower and tub & the other with a standup shower.
We are located in the heart of it all. Steps from the Scotiabank Centre. There are plenty of delicious spots to eat and grab coffee and a pastry. We are a 2 minute walk to a major bus routes and only a 5-7 minute walk to the newly developed waterfront.
