Live the dream in this newly built house, with a scenic view just a short bike or golf cart ride over the bridge, passing gorgeous marsh waters on the way to the pristine beach of Pawleys Island. Making it perfect for both relaxation and adventure. This beautiful home features four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and plenty of space for everyone! The elevator takes you to the main level, an open-air plan creates a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, which is filled with natural light. A cozy living room with a smart TV and all bedrooms so you can keep track of everyone. The outdoor space is simply made for fun!

The yard is low-maintenance, which is perfect for your furry friends or young children. There are several large trees that create a breezy, relaxing ambiance for evening cocktails or morning coffee. Additional outdoor features include an entertaining space under the house that will offer an array of fun games, and an outdoor enclosed shower with both hot and cold water. And there’s more! Munn Hub comes with a golf cart to get you to the beach without having to load up the car. For even more fun, there will be a private pool installed in late March 20026.

Lastly, with ample private parking and no HOA restrictions, you can even bring your boat! Munn Hub is the perfect getaway, sure to create lasting memories in this charming coastal beach town. Bedding Setup is as follows:

- Master – 1 King (main floor)
- Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen (main floor)
- Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen (main floor)
- Bedroom 4 – 1 Queen (main floor)
-Den- Full-sized Sleeper Sofa

Special Features:
- Private Pool: Pool heating is available for an additional $500 per week. This fee is not included in the total and will be paid separately at check-in.

Newly built home looks great and pool was a huge plus. The size of the bedrooms were a problem. The master had plenty of room but one of the rooms you could barely swing the door open without hitting the bed. On the other side of the bed you could not open the closet doors due to them hitting the bed. Bedroom needs a bunk bed or a twin bed in it due to its size. No room to walk around the bed without shutting the doors. Will still give this house 4 stars due to its location and amenities such as a golf cart and pool.

The house was nice. Enjoyed the pool. Shopping was nearby. Cons would be proximity to the ocean and the road. Quite noisy. Limited outdoor seating. For the amount we paid in cleaning fees, the property was not as clean as we would have expected.
