You’ll be just a short drive from Commons Beach, lakefront trails, and downtown Tahoe City, where shops, cafes, and water activities await. In winter, world-class skiing is within 20 minutes at Palisades Tahoe or Northstar Resort.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. There is no shuttle line or public transit within walking distance. The home is a 7-minute drive to downtown Tahoe City and about 20 minutes from Northstar and Palisades Tahoe ski resorts.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
