I personally lived and worked in this condo as a remote professional and designed it specifically for comfort, productivity and privacy.
The layout was intentionally redesigned to create a true separation between work and living spaces. Instead of a second bedroom, I converted the rear of the condo into a cozy living lounge where I relax watch movies or read. The front of the condo features large windows with beautiful views the city and Sandia Mountains. During breaks I often sat on one of the two balconies to enjoy a cup of tea and the scenery.
The front area is spacious and ideal for working with room for a laptop electronics and an open dining and kitchen area. The unit also includes a convenient LG washer/dryer combo.
The bedroom and bathroom are private and spa like creating a peaceful retreat away from the work area.
