Welcome to the Three Sisters Suite! Just steps from shops, cafes and breweries, this cozy ground level pet-friendly unit is in a new building. Free-parking is provided. Bring Fido and enjoy all that the Rocky Mountains have to offer. This 1 bed, 1 bath ‘micro suite’ is your hotel room on steroids and sleeps up to 4 people, although a little snug with 4 adults - it’s ideal for a couple + kid or pet. There is an outdoor pool (open -20 and warmer) and hot tub!
The space is bright, cozy and new! Small in size but big in what it has to offer, this pet-friendly walk-up condo includes a full size kitchen, in-suite laundry and full bathroom/bedroom. Tastefully decorated and furnished, this unit is suitable for a two guest stay and/or couple with children. The living room features a new sleeper sofa bed (QN). Extra bedding and pillows are provided.
There is an outdoor heated pool (open year-round in temps -20 and warmer) and hot tub. Code to access the gated pool area is 9753.
Please note that if you are intending to stay for an extended duration (1 week +), the unit has very limited storage space as it is intended for short-term stays. You may find it tight with belongings and suitcases. We are unable to remove storage items from the unit to accommodate more space for longer stays as the supplies are needed, so please keep this in mind when booking.

Located along Kananaskis Way, this property is situated with easy access to Hwy 1 (Trans Canada Hwy) and downtown Canmore. By foot (6 min walk), you can walk to the Angry Bear Brewery, Grizzly Paw Taphouse, Sensory Wine Bar & Grill, Beamer’s Coffee Bar, Freshii, Subway and more. Coast Hotel (Table Restaurant) is next door and a convenience store is also nearby.
Venture the other direction 8 mins by foot and you’ll be in the heart of one of Canmore’s up-and-coming developments - Spring Creek. Here you will find Alder Cafe and Grocery, The Mine Shaft Pub and other ‘coming soon’ restaurants and bars.
Park your car once and explore by foot when you’re not hitting the slopes or trails!
If you’re planning to visit Banff, Lake Louise or Kananaskis, it’s ideal to have a car. There is a transit system that runs within the Town of Canmore, as well as ‘Roam’ transit which shuttles between Canmore and Banff.
If you’re driving, please park 1 vehicle in the assigned ‘unit 19’ horizontal stall located on the backside of the building you’ll be staying in. Parking around the Town of Canmore (and in Banff) is paid and payable by app/QR code on-site.
This unit is pet-friendly, however there is no designated green space on-site. Please walk your pet and pick up after them.
Parking is assigned! Use the designated parallel parking stall #2 on the North side of the building (unit no. #119) for private, off-street parking.
Ski and outdoor sporting equipment such as bikes are not permitted inside the unit. They should be left in a locked, secure compartment in/on your vehicle.
The outdoor pool and hot tub are shared with the other condo units. Code to access the gated area is 9753. There are two Turkish pool towels located under the bathroom sink. Please do not leave towels at the pool area as they are specifically for our unit.
As a courtesy to our guests, PARK PASS to Banff National Park is INCLUDED with your stay. You will find it hanging on the hook in the bedroom. Please be sure to return it to this same spot before checkout! Any missing or stolen pass will result in a replacement fee of $175 CAD.
There is LIMITED STORAGE SPACE in the unit so please keep this in mind if planning a longer stay.
The complimentary NATIONAL PARK PASS is to be left in the unit upon checkout. Any lost or stolen pass will result in a replacement fee of $165 charged to the guest.
