Main Floor
At the heart of this luxurious home, the main level blends comfort and functionality. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare anything from quick snacks to gourmet meals. Plus, for the little ones, there are kid-friendly dishes and utensils and a highchair available. Enjoy family-style dining while taking in the ocean views and sunsets.
The inviting living room has ample seating that includes two window seats perfect for relaxing while curling up with a book or watching the gorgeous waves of the Pacific Ocean. A queen primary suite on this level offers a private retreat with a full bathroom. A mudroom with a shower and half bath rounds out this floor’s conveniences.

Lower Level
The lower level offers an ideal layout for relaxation and family fun. Gather in the great room featuring a large sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV — perfect for movie nights or game days. Kids will love the four built-in bunk nooks, providing eight twin beds in total for a playful, comfortable sleeping setup, plus a convenient full bathroom with a shower and tub. This floor also includes a full laundry area with a front-load washer and dryer.

Top Floor
The upper level hosts three of the bedrooms, designed for comfort and privacy. One king and one queen bedroom provide cozy accommodations with serene forest views and a shared bathroom. The king primary suite steals the show with breathtaking ocean views, a private balcony, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub.

Carriage House
Guests seeking a bit more privacy will appreciate the fifth bedroom in the detached carriage house, complete with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and ¾ bathroom, and a split AC system — a perfect space for couples, grandparents, or friends.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
