Main floor: 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, workspace, covered porch + patio.

Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (3 total beds), 1 full bathroom, second living room with couch, and additional workspace.

Perfect for work or play — whether you’re hosting family dinners, logging in for meetings, or watching movies in one of the living rooms, La Fleur gives you room to do it all.
Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire home and yard during your stay. Self check-in with a smart lock — your door code will be sent before check-in.

Garage is also available. Host lives nearby and can help if anything is needed. Please ask!
Other things to note
This is a quiet, close knit and family friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors. Drive slow. Respect quiet hours. No trailers or work vehicles can be parked out the house to stay in accordance with our HOA.

- No smoking or vaping
- No parties or events
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property (unless approved)
- Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM — please be respectful of our neighbors
- Pets welcome — $150 pet fee. Please pick up after your pets with the provided bags.
- Before checkout: please take trash to the outside bin and start the dishwasher with any used dishes (optional: start used towels in the washer on cold)
- No trailers or machinery can be parked on the street
