Villa Perdido is a newly renovated luxury waterfront retreat designed for unforgettable gatherings. With space for up to 28 guests, this 7-bedroom, 6.5-bath home offers the perfect blend of high-end comfort, entertainment, and coastal relaxation.
Step outside to your own private resort-style oasis featuring a heated pool, hot tub, splash pad, and swim-up bar. The pool area includes an outdoor kitchen, covered patio, shower, and dining space—perfect for barbecues or sunset cocktails overlooking Old River. A private dock with power, hoses, and a fish-cleaning station provides convenient boat access and dolphin watching right from your backyard. A private beach style atmosphere in the backyard where the kids can play while the adults soak up the sun at the pool!
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept main floor with a coastal-inspired living area, an electric fireplace, a huge sectional, and a 75" 4K Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, a coffee bar, and a large island with seating, plus a dining table for ten. Also, bar seating for five!
Entertainment abounds — the game room features a shuffleboard, pool table, and arcade games, while the covered porch offers a ping pong table and plenty of seating. Every bedroom has its own 4K Smart TV, ensuring comfort and privacy for all.

Premier Vacation Group focuses only on luxury homes in Perdido Key. Perdido (Lost) Key is a barrier island on the northwestern tip of Florida. The Key is mostly made up of a state park, so it's not overpopulated. You won't find any hotels or an overbuilt beach community in Perdido Key. It's a quieter island that is a close drive to anything you could want to do in the neighboring communities of Pensacola, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, or Foley. Once you stay in Perdido Key, you'll want to make it your permanent beach destination.
