About this property:
The Marriott Maui Ocean Club resort is located on Ka'anapali Beach in Maui. Enjoy swimming in the ocean or the pools, playing basketball, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, or just relaxing on the beach. The resort has a fitness center and there are also several golf courses nearby. It is close to local shops and restaurants. All resort amenities are available to you just as if you were a hotel guest.
About this unit:
This one bedroom unit has 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed, as well as a kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and small refrigerator.
The unit is fully furnished and stocked with everything you will need including linens, soap, etc.
This listing is for a garden/island view. Marriott defines all rooms with no view of the ocean as garden or island view; view may contain roads, parking lots, etc.
Marriott will allow up to four guests in a this unit. But please note that the sofa bed in this room is a full/queen size, and may only be suitable for one adult or two children.
I cannot guarantee a particular room as rooms are assigned upon check in just as if you were to book with the resort directly.
The unit does not have a washer and dryer in it, but there are washers and dryers in the resort that you can use free of charge.
Tax payable at the resort:
The state of Hawai’i assesses an occupancy tax on vacation ownership villas, approximately $12 per night for a one bedroom unit. You are responsible for paying this! I cannot pay this for you. It will be charged to you at check-in.
Guest access:
Guest has access to all the amenities that a normal guest at the resort would have (pools, gym, grounds, tennis and basketball courts, etc). You will get an official confirmation from Marriott.
Check-in:
Guest will check in at the front desk. This is a cashless resort, so everything has to go on a credit/debit card.
Marriott requires your full name and address as they appear on your ID, plus your email and phone number. Please provide these at booking to avoid trouble at check-in. I will give your name and email to Marriott and you will get a confirmation email.
It is VERY important that the name you give me at booking matches exactly with the name on the card you will be using at check-in!!
Please note that the resort does require a security deposit when you check in. It will be refunded once you check out, as long as there is no damage to the unit.
Reservation is for the entire week.
There are no resort fees or cleaning fees!
