Hot Tub: Our hot tubs are professionally and regularly maintained to ensure the best experience possible. In rare cases of equipment failure, please notify us right away — we’ll send a technician as soon as possible. However, we cannot offer refunds, reimbursements, or alternative accommodations during maintenance or repair periods.
