Please keep noise pollution to a minimum (ie. No loudspeakers, boom boxes etc)
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND.

Hot tubs are serviced regularly. Host does not offer any guarantees in respect to water quality, temperature, jets performance or usability. If you experience any issues with using the hot tub please let us know immediately and we will send a technician to your property as soon as is reasonably possible to assess the issue. Please note delays may be experienced in restoring the hot tub to working order. The host will not reimburse or be held liable for any time when the hot tub is out of service.
