Lakefront Luxe is a truly unique LAKEFRONT property just outside of downtown McCall, thoughtfully designed by Soigne Homes + Kovichko Interiors with the vacationing guest in mind. This magnificent 4,475 sq. ft. sanctuary is located directly on Payette Lake, offering your own PRIVATE DOCK and 60' of SANDY BEACHFRONT. It features 6 spacious bedrooms and 5 luxurious bathrooms. Beautifully blending indoor space, outdoor space, and nature, including absolutely incredible lake and mountain views, it's the perfect setting for large family gatherings or a special vacation with friends! Each of the three floors has its own gathering room, large smart TV, and wet bar, allowing everyone to spread out while still staying together. Maximum occupancy is 16 people.

Revel in the panoramic views offered by floor-to-ceiling windows on every level, ensuring you’re always connected with the stunning natural surroundings of the lake. The main floor offers an expansive walk-out balcony with dining table and seating overlooking Payette Lake, and the daylight basement walks directly out to a beautiful patio (with hot tub) that takes you directly to the beach-front.

YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE: There's fun to be had in every season while staying at Lakefront Luxe! Bask in the summer sun on your private 60’ sandy beach; enjoy days on the boat from your own private dock (See "Neighborhood" section for boat launch options); bike or hike the Bear Basin trail; explore snowmobile premier snowmobiling just a mile from home; or head to Brundage Mountain Resort for the best snow in Idaho. Lakefront Luxe promises adventure all year-round (the dock is installed mid May-early September--contact us if needed to confirm dock is installed)

GOURMET EXPERIENCE: Lakefront Luxe was designed for entertaining, and has EVERYTHING you need for cooking meals for holidays and special occasions. The chef's kitchen features gourmet appliances including an oversized Thermador refrigerator, Wolf gas range with double ovens, and two premium Cafe coffee makers. You'll also find ample spices and cooking staples, cookware, and appliances. The expansive dining table seats 12 and offers stunning lake/mountain views.

While you'll feel world's away, you're just a short drive from the all-season recreation, dining, breweries, and shopping that McCall, Idaho has to offer! Also the perfect basecamp for visiting Tamarack Ski Resort or Brundage Mountain Resort, as well as numerous other local activities and festivities, such as Winter Carnival, golfing, horseback riding, ziplining, white water rafting, hot springs, and more.

-You'll have the entire home to yourself except for a few locked owner's closets and the one-car garage. The home has a smart lock for self-check-in (code provided three days prior to arrival)
-There is parking for 4 vehicles (2-car attached garage; 2 parking spaces at the top of the driveway. In the winter, this area is plowed; the rest of the year, it is grassy). There is a 1-car garage that is locked for owner use.

SUMMER CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Our mountain town has a short summer season, which means a compressed window for construction. New homes and road work happen quickly between June and September. While we update listings when we're aware of neighboring projects, we don't always have advance notice. If you're booking during warm weather months, it's safe to assume some construction activity may be happening nearby. We have no control over neighboring sites or noise, and unfortunately cannot provide refunds due to construction. That said, we're always here—reach out with questions, concerns, or noise complaints and we'll do what we can to help.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We don't make exceptions to the cancellation policy agreed to at booking—this maintains fairness for all guests. Please review your reservation's cancellation terms carefully before finalizing. Please note all refunds (other than stays booked on Airbnb) will be less any credit card processing fees. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. Thanks for understanding.

*If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.

*It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to McCall, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to McCall from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.

*If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.
