Este es un hermoso condominio recién remodelado con balcón lanai. Cuenta con tres confortables suites de un dormitorio / baño, lo que lo hace ideal para familias, amigos y parejas. Nice condo and convenient location

This 3 bedroom condo is perfect for our family of 4. This was our 4th time staying in this condo. The two smaller bedrooms have their own portable air conditioners that both my boys really like to keep their rooms cool. Kitchen has mostly everything you will need. We did have to purchase a can opener and left it for the next guests. We look forward to staying her again on our next trip to Kauai.

Condo comfort.

A very spacious property for 6 people. Plenty of room for all. Beautiful lanai to have coffee in the am or a drink in the evening. Nice to have the extra beach equipment and plenty of beach towels.

Wedding trip

The condo was in a great location! We were near the pool on the property and health club. I was disappointed that there was no closet or dresser in the 3rd bedroom, we had to live out of our suitcases for the week. We followed the condos property rules but other renters did not, loud kids at the pool for hours and others had laundry hanging off their decks.

Breezy, clean, close to pool!

Our family of 5 stayed two weeks in this airy, clean, and convenient condo in Princeville. Nice property that looks better in person. Pool is right out the back for extra convenience and was cleaned daily. Garage has pool toys, chairs, boogie boards, and a pack and play. Was a great time and would definitely stay again.

Great place, great location

This is a great place if you need a 3 BR condo (kind of rare). This is a very well kept property - very clean, well supplied kitchen, good beds, wonderful lanai. Our group of 5 (3 adults, 2 teens) had plenty of room and didn't feel like we were on top of each other over the course of the week. Pool is nearby. There is a ton of beach supplies - especially snorkeling gear - easily enough for as many people as you could have staying there.

Kauai 2025

We returned to Kauai for a post college graduation celebration/birthday. Princeville is a wonderful location to be at. This house was most accommodating and spacious allowing my adult children to be near us but also allow them their space. It is really convenient to be close to the pool. The jacuzzi was an excellent way to relax after long hikes/outings. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need on your visit. I really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and listen to the birds. The bikes are an added bonus to our trip. Owners responded to our needs promptly. This is a great home.

July Aloha vacation!

We have stayed in other Plantation condos in the past and this one exceeded our expectations! We now have 2 teenage boys, and they wanted their own space, so the three bedrooms was perfect. I really liked that the two smaller bedrooms have a portable air conditioner which worked perfectly for that space, most do not have AC in the spare rooms only in the master. The beach equipment was great to borrow! Would stay here again!

Great place to stay with friends and family!

This unit is beautifully done and well equipped with all the beach gear, beach towels, and cruiser bikes. The kitchen is well equipped too. The maps with suggested beaches and hikes, including photos is extremely helpful. We had a late flight and requested a late check out and they were accommodating of our request. The unit is great for a group of friends or a family. I would recommend to anyone and would visit again. Thank you Kyle!

Having a cooler and beach gear available was great. The rooms were nice size and the beds were comfortable. Enjoyed having a washer/dryer available so we didnt have to pack dirty clothes. The onlt thing that needs to be updated is the dishwasher. Other than that its a perfect place.to stay with a grouo or a family.

Comfortable, well-equipped older condo.

Place has lots of amenities, especially all the beach gear available in the storage garage below. Comfortable rooms, lots of towels both for the beach and the bath. Unfortunately the kitchen had been abused by prior guests and was a challenge to work in with no real oven or microwave. Luckily there's a BBQ down at the pool. The host was apologetic about it and has parts and service on order. Things take longer in the Islands. So if you plan to cook a lot, you might want to check the status of the kitchen and not be surprised when you arrive. Kitchen issues aside this is a nice spot!

The perfect vacation getaway!

The best vacation ever! The property and the location were absolutely perfect! We were able to use the bikes, boogie boards, and other beach gear that was in the garage. Communication was easy and Kyle always responded right away! I highly recommend this property and will book it again if we go back to Kauai in the future. There are just a couple of things that I would change: 1- the bed in the master bedroom is so high that we had to use step stools to get into and out of the bed. 2 - only the living room and master suite have vents, but the other rooms get really hot. Fans were provided but they didn't help much and it still got really hot. Nothing can really be done about point number 2, but I highly recommend a bed that is easier to get in and out of in the master suite.

Amazing Condo with Great Amenities

We absolutely loved our stay! Kyle was so responsive whenever we needed anything like recommendations for family friendly or date night options that were perfect for our needs! Anini beach is a must if you have kiddos, and there is an great farmers market within biking distance of the condo. Having bikes to ride around the area was an amzing plus! The condo itself is placed directly in front of the pool which was amazing for morning dips and evening hot tubs with cocktails. As for the condo, it has everything you could possibly want to cook meals at home and it was adorable. The tiki theme is in every room and we loved the names of the rooms. When we arrived it was spotless and the ac was already turned on! The pull out couch in the living room was very comfortable for our kiddos and the beds in the rooms are extremely comfortable, complete with extra pillows and blankets if you need. The walk in shower in the master is amazing and there were a plethera of plush towels to choose from! The porch was a perfect place to enjoy meals and hang out on in the evenings. The condo is stocked with board games and tons of beach toys and activites for when you leave the complex. We loved the snorkling and used the gear every chance we got! The complex is super quiet and extremely well taken care of and has evey ammenity you could possibly want. We could not have asked for a more comfortable, relaxing place to stay or a more responsive and helpful host. We will definitely be back soon!

"Too much money for too little"

Unfortunately, you can see and feel the remains from previous tenants use and/or "misuse" throughout the condo. The patio (where you would want to spend most of ur time) is a chaotic mess of beat up, worn and torn furnishings. The old, tired bedspreads and pillows themselves all needed update and replacement (although the sheets themselves seemed clean). And more than half of the bath towels were worn and scratchy. The irony is my sister rented a unit that actually was clean and beautiful for much less money in the same condo community, so to realize that I paid so much more for a sofa bed opportunity (which no one ended up sleeping on because it was old and the mattress was beat up) was super disappointing. The photos looked okay online so I trusted the word "gorgeous" noted in the listing, but this condo is not that at all. General note regarding community. The area is pretty but the only amenity you are able to walk to (the pool and hot tub) closes at 9PM. You can walk or bike to Queens Bath, but not to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed Kauai but this condo was not a joy.

Very difficult guests (with no prior reviews). We sent them welcome and check-in information, but received no initial communication. Five days after their arrival they sent a message through VRBO mail with a long litany of complaints, including pillows not thick enough, stain on the sofa, jammed disposal, and did not like that some of our guest notes were handwritten(they wanted them all typed). I contacted our housekeeping service to go check on them, but they completely ceased communication and would not make the unit available for inspection. When they checked out they ignored our request to remove trash and start the dishwasher. Our housekeeper checked after they left and found their complaints were bogus; our subsequent guest LOVED the place. Wondering what game they are playing?? We would never rent to this individual again.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here in Princeville. The location made it easy to get around, easy access to what we needed, and to see everything we planned. Our place was equipped with everything we needed as well. Our host was quick to respond to our questions and left great details about entering and exciting the property. Emplacement idéal mais vraiment trop cher

Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants (3 et 5 ans) et avons loué ce logement pour 6 nuits. Le logement dispose d’une belle surface et d’un emplacement idéal pour visiter le Nord de l’île. Si l’annonce présente de belles photos, la réalité en a été autrement. - à l’arrivée, le logement avait une propreté relative (boule de cheveux dans le dressing, paire de chausson sale et malodorante, table extérieure non nettoyée) - Un message d’accueil ne met rend pas l’arrivée confortable car il indique que les voisins du dessous peuvent se manifester si nous marchons lourdement, parlons trop fort etc… dites à des enfants de 3 et 5 ans de ne pas courir… - La piscine est petite pour les résidents et le bassin est rapidement plein (toutes les photos de l’annonce sont tronquées) - Le matériel nautique mis à disposition est vieillissant et sale. Il n’y a d’ailleurs pas de parasol. - La terrasse est impraticable à cause du vrombissement des climatiseurs alentours. Nous avons trouvé le tarif très cher (766$ par nuit prestations incluses) par rapport aux prestations fournies. Nous avons fait part de tout cela a l’hôte mais ce dernier ne semble pas vouloir faire face à la réalité en indiquant que le Condo est bon marché. Ce quartier semble occupé par des résidents et il n’est pas très accueillant. Des logements similaires dans le même quartier affichent facilement un tarif 2 fois moins cher. De tous les logements réservés sur l’île, ce n’était pas le meilleur.

Ceci est un avis fallacieux. Vous avez tenté d'obtenir une réduction de prix en inventant des plaintes absurdes : La piscine est une belle piscine de taille normale pour un complexe. Je ne comprends même pas ce que vous voulez dire par 'photos recadrées'. L'unité était propre. Vous êtes entré dans notre zone de stockage, avez trouvé une seule chaussette par terre, et avez amplifié cela dans une hyperbole absurde. Oui, lorsque vous vous asseyez à l'extérieur sur la magnifique véranda, il est possible d'entendre le léger bruit de la climatisation en dessous. Suggestion : si vous êtes si sensible aux sons, éteignez la climatisation quand vous êtes dehors. Nous avons une note demandant aux invités de faire attention aux résidents en dessous et de ne pas faire trop de bruit tôt le matin. Cela vous a également dérangé. Un invité très difficile, exigeant et malhonnête.

Great stay

This was the perfect place to stay for four nights and explore all that the North Shore has to offer. Our host was communicative and the pictures actually don’t do the place justice. I would definitely recommend!

Kauai condo

This is our second time of renting this condo. The location is great - easy to walk around the adjacent neighborhood or to Princeville grocery store. The condo is on the second floor with a wonderful deck overlooking the pool area. There's lots of beach equipment and 4 bikes. Had a great time.

Our family of 6, all adults, loved staying at this property. It was a perfect location for getting to know the town of Hanelai, the Princeville community and surroundings. The condo was in great condition and Kyle couldn’t have been better responding to questions. We would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful Princeville Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this spacious, clean and airy property. The pictures don't quite do it justice--it is full of light and with many sliding glass doors to let in the fresh air. It has a wonderful balcony with a lovely view of the pool and palm trees. The location was great--right by the golf club, a short drive to the Princeville shops and dining and to Hanalei. To our surprise and added treat, we saw this Plantation community and its entrance featured when we re-watched The Descendants while there. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great location

This was a great condo and we all enjoyed our stay . The owner was great with everything and the location great. We will come back again.

Two week stay, almost 5 stars.

Great place to stay. Needs kitchen utensil upgrades. Neighbor below complained lots, and we were not there much. Had to go to pool to BBQ. Bikes could use some maintenance. It was awesome having boogey boards and snorkel gear. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Over all it was great but neighbor made us feel unwelcome.
