Ideal for families or small groups, the spacious living room is furnished for relaxation, featuring a cozy single sofa bed for an extra guest, a large TV for your entertainment, and a dining area perfect for group meals. The room is bathed in natural light thanks to the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the balcony, where you can relax with the stunning views and private pool.
The kitchen is a true highlight, featuring sleek, touch-enabled cabinets and all the appliances you need, from a stovetop to a washer, allowing you to cook and feel at home with ease.
The two elegant bedrooms are designed for comfort. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed and an attached private bathroom, ensuring ultimate privacy. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed. Both rooms are elegantly decorated with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep.
The bathrooms are fully equipped with fresh towels, toiletries, and everything you need to feel refreshed and pampered during your stay.
For your convenience, daily housekeeping services are available upon request (additional fee applies). We ensure the apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
