The primary bath has a walk-in shower and claw-foot tub.

Things to Note

1. There is no guest access to the garage

2. An additional screening form may be required.

3. The home sleeps 12 up to 16 guests with an extra fee per night per guest over 12 guests.

4. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.

5. You’ll love this beautiful rural area and location. Native wildlife and insects share this amazing world too. To keep out the wildlife, bugs and critters, please remember to close doors and windows that don’t have screens on them. Don’t leave food or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture, or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The home and property are treated regularly; seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation, but that the treatment is working.
