Un edificio antiguo, originalmente una iglesia del año 1200 AC, ubicado en el centro histórico de Perugia. Puedes encontrar paz y tranquilidad. El tiempo parece haberse detenido extraordinariamente si no fuera por la presencia única con todas las comodidades.
En la ciudad hay muchos monumentos y museos para visitar y restaurantes y tabernas donde se puede disfrutar de la cocina tradicional de Umbría.
Entrada independiente; Acceso a internet, TV satelital. No tiene aire acondicionado. Cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora y secadora.

Paradise in Perugia

Our priority with all of our vacations to Europe is location, well appointed accommodations and easy access to transportation. Two couples did have to share a bathroom, however, for our group is was just fine. This apartment exceeded our expectations and was an ideal location to Piazza Novembre, great shopping, dining, bars, COOP and culture. There was ample space for all 6 adults. Easy access to the Mini Metro with quick transportation to the main train station. We were able to travel to Assisi, Spoleto and Lake Trasimeno with ease. Apartment was fully equipped for all our needs. The property manager, Costanza, and owner were very accommodating and responsive. They provided great insight and guidance to make our visit most enjoyable. Very much appreciated!!!!

Lovely apartment in perfect location. Everything you need and more. My daughter and I really enjoyed the experience. The location to everything was perfect ! Lovely Costanza was very helpful with checking in and other info about Perugia.

Elegance In the heart of Perugia

It is an elegant property and is right in the center of historic Perugia. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants right nearby and also a grocery store, butcher and bakery. Any kind of cooking utensils are right there for your use, and there are plenty of elegant dishes and glassware also. We would highly recommend this beautiful antique property!

A special apartment in the heart of Perugia.

We were two couples staying at the apartment. Claudia, who was our contact, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and available to help us. We had a problem with the washing machine and she took immediate care of it. The apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There is a grocery store very near to the apartment, also restaurants and shopping. The only negative for us was the parking. There is no on street parking nearby; the closest parking garage is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Actually good exercise. We chose to stay in Perugia because of its access to other cities in Umbria as well as in Tuscany. We spent a day in the small medieval city of Gubbio. Highly recommend a visit!

Booking and getting in to the apartment was easy with the owner's assistance. The apartment is quite large and comfortable. It is on the first floor and thus easy to access. It is also located in the center of Perugia - you can walk out your door and go to a cafe or restaurant steps away. It does not have much natural light, but the furnishings and finishes are all very nice.

Elegant abode in the heart of historic Perugia

A more convenient location could not be found I’m sure. Steps to the major attractions of historic core, yet quiet and refined. Tasteful artwork, textiles and antiques please the eye throughout the spacious apartment. Beds, sheets and towels are high quality and very comfortable. Only suggestions I’d make to improve the experience of a guest would be to add a small microwave oven in kitchen, and leave a few more pantry staples like olive oil, vinegar, and sugar. A few toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms would have been appreciated too. All in all a wonderful experience, I would highly recommended to my most discerning friends. Claudia, a friend of the owner checked us in and out. She was prompt, personable, very helpful and responsive.

Spacious luxury apt in Perugia city center

Guiliana's apartment was exactly as pictured; spacious with lovely details making for a extra comfortable stay for our family. The kitchen was well appointed and the laundry room with washer and dryer was an unexpected treat (we've been on vacation for a couple of weeks!). It was a pleasure to be greeted by Claudia (especially at odd hours - very late arrival and a very early departure!) and she had arranged beautiful flowers a large bowl of fresh fruit and bottles of cold water for us. The location was convenient for downtown Perugia attractions and a 5-7 min taxi ride to the train station. This is a real gem!

Exquisite Apartment in Perugia Centro

We spent 6 nights in this beautiful apartment in the heart of historic Perugia. Decorated beautifully, the rooms are just as pictured on VRBO. We were 4 adults here for 6 nights and we hated leaving. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, satellite TV, washer/dryer, and comfortable, if somewhat firm, beds. We were met by Claudia, friend of the owner Giuliana, who helped us to the apartment and parking nearby. Very comfortable, clean, spacious, close to shopping, restaurants and historic sights, we felt at home almost immediately. We had trouble with the WiFi the first night and it was fixed that evening.The apartment is located just off Piazza IV Novembre on a quiet street. We enjoyed walking the streets of this historic city and visiting the Rocca Paolina, Tempio di Sant'Angelo, Cathedral of San Pietro, and shopping on Corso Vannucci. We happened to be visiting during the All Saints' Day holiday weekend and the outdoor market on Tuesday that week was wonderful, with stalls of food, wine and handmade goods from all over the area. Using Perugia as our base, we visited Assisi, Cortona, Deruta, Torgiano, Bevegna, and Montepulciano. Central Italy is so beautiful and not to be missed. We highly recommend staying in this exquisite apartment. Thank you, Giuliana, Rita and Claudia, for assisting us and providing us with so many wonderful memories of our visit to Umbria. Grazie mille! Luxury in Perugia

The apartment is spacious, stylishly and elegantly furnished, and in the heart of the beautiful old city. Though stylish, the place is very comfortable (especially the beds). On arrival, the owner's friend met us and showed us around the apartment then took us on a tour of the local area, recommending the best restaurants, sites and shops to visit. I would certainly recommend the apartment to anyone.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

From the onset, everything about this apartment, including the process of renting and being there was just perfect. Giuliana (owner) was prompt, gracious, honest, and caring, as were the lovely Rita and her daughter Angela who greeted us and were available 24/7 and went above and beyond to help us. The apartment was literally out of "Architectural Digest" and was both beautiful and functional. Spacious rooms, highest quality furniture, best beds ever in rental, and immaculately clean. Definite 5 Star and would go back in a heartbeat.

Elegant and perfect in every way

The medieval historic center of Perugia is the perfect base to explore Umbria. Giuliana's elegant apartment on Via Volte della Pace is the ideal place to stay in this ancient and fascinating city. The furnishings and decor are beautiful and the apartment is immaculate. Rita, the property manager, is both delightful and extremely helpful. She gave us excellent advice on restaurants, shopping, fairs and festivals, helping us feel like "locals" almost right away. Everything in the apartment worked beautifully and we definitely put it to the test. During our 1 month stay we had one small plumbing mishap and it was promptly handled. Kitchen appliances and china are as elegant as everything else here, making cooking a pleasure. The local produce/meats/wine/cheeses are such a treat that I was thrilled to have a reason to shop for groceries and to have such a lovely place to prepare meals when I wanted to. Our month in Perugia was magical. The town is filled with wonderful restaurants, museums and fascinating historic walks. The community is vibrant and at all times the streets in the historic center hum with local activity. We attended 1 month of Italian language classes at the University of Stranieri and our apartment could not have been more perfectly located. In every way, working with both Rita and Giuliana was effortless and they were always readily available. We will be back!

Exceptional house

We stayed an amazing 5 days in this fantastic house. Located in the middle of the old town, it's undoubtedly the ultimate choice for anyone wishing to taste the real experience of living in Umbria. Very elegant, stylish and tastefully decorated, the house remains warm and welcoming despite its huge space. True nobility is the prevailing feeling one gets living for a few days inside this environment and its surroundings. Everything was exactly as advertised. This includes the service which we had the chance to stress test for real. There was a sudden problem with the gas supply one night. The owner's friend who was in charge, reacted immediately, a technician arrived and solved it in a few minutes. Parking the car near the house is of course impossible but we used a 24-hour parking at a lower level which had always available space and reasonable daily tariff. Perugia is built on a hill, the house is at the tallest spot so everything else is located lower. Still there are public elevators from the parking up to the old centre, so we faced no problem carrying luggage or ourselves after a daytrip. All in all, I could not recommend this property highly enough. We loved Perugia, and this house as well as the people behind it contributed much to it. If you are looking for a true Umbrian experience, go ahead and rent it at least for a week. Drastically different from the usual tourist accommodation but utterly rewarding. Thanks Giuliana for this memorable stay.
