Ski-In/Ski-Out Retreat in the Heart of Copper Mountain! Ideally located near Center Village, this spacious and updated 2-bed / 3-bath condo offers year-round adventure—skiing in the winter, and biking, hiking, and golf in the summer. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living space were renovated in 2021, while both bedrooms received new furniture in 2025. Enjoy 3 private balconies with stunning mountain views. Ski-out to the American Eagle Chairlift and Ski-in right to the front entrance. Garage parking for 1 vehicle, and the unit is dog friendly with a max of two dogs, $150 per stay.
This fantastic third-floor condo sleeps up to 8 people and provides 1400 square feet of space! The well-appointed kitchen features newer appliances, a glass cooktop stove, and all of the essential dishware and cookware to ensure a comfortable stay. Serve 2 people at the breakfast bar, and 6 people at the dining room table. Relax after a long day on the slopes in the living room on the massive couch in front of the warm gas fireplace. Enjoy stunning views of the Ten Mile Range, SKY Chutes and towering pine trees. There is a third half bathroom off of the kitchen with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Bedroom One has 2 queen beds to comfortably sleep 4 people and it's own balcony. The bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom and an extra vanity with sink outside of the bathroom to make mornings even more efficient.
Bedroom Two has 2 king beds to spaciously sleep 4 people, a TV, and another private balcony . This bedroom also has an ensuite full bathroom and an extra vanity with sink outside of the bathroom.
Copper Mountain Inn is ski-in/ski-out to the American Eagle chairlift, which accesses intermediate terrain. Next to American Eagle is a magic carpet surface lift for first-timers and beginners. Additionally, there is an easy groomed trail that runs behind the building that also accesses the Green Acres learning area, which has a chairlift that is great for kids and beginners. This condo has a great location for all abilities! The building also has an outdoor space with a BBQ grill that overlooks American Eagle chairlift and Center Village where all the action happens.
Dog Friendly max of two dogs, $150 per stay. There is a coin operated laundry facility located on the third floor. There is 1 assigned parking spot in the garage beneath the condo. Additional vehicles can park overnight in the Alpine Lot for $20 per night during the winter, free during the summer. Please make sure to visit kiosk at the Transit Center and enter the license plate number.
