The Neighborhood:
This condo is located right on the Brian Head Resort ski hill at 9,600 ft, Utah's highest-elevation ski town. You can step out the door, click into your skis or snowboard, and ride directly to the lifts.
In winter: Brian Head is known for 360+ inches of annual snowfall, with skiing typically from mid-November through April. Beginner-friendly Navajo chairlift and intermediate/advanced Giant Steps lifts are both accessible from the unit.
In summer: the area becomes a hiking, mountain biking, and scenic-drive destination. Cedar Breaks National Monument is a 30-minute drive. Bryce Canyon is 1 hour. Zion National Park is 2 hours. Cool mountain temperatures make Brian Head a popular escape from Las Vegas and Phoenix summer heat.
Getting Around:
• Drive time: 3.5 hrs from Las Vegas, 3.5 hrs from Salt Lake City, 4 hrs from Phoenix
• Free on-site parking included. Your car stays put for the trip
• A car is helpful for groceries and exploring nearby parks. Once settled in, skiing is from the door and most activities are walkable
• Nearest major airports: Las Vegas (LAS) or St. George (SGU, closer but fewer flights)
