Dining is by the central kitchen entrance, giving ease of use and access during meals with two extra table leaves/covers for up to 12-16.

Events or guests over 16 are not allowed in the home. Only approved overnight guests are permitted. Unauthorized over night guests will null the reservation and incur an additional $150 fee per guest, per night.

As a guest, please ensure to be respectful of the neighbors. There is a county noise ordinance after 11pm and before 7am. Risks associated with a stay on the property is the risk of the renter, including house rules and liabilities.

Guests further promise and agree to maintain the home in a clean and safe condition, free of trash or conditions that threaten or tend to threaten the health or safety of anyone.

Outside of the damage waiver purchased, Guests are liable for any additional damage to the property or contents within, as necessary.

This property is for Short-term Residential use. Only as authorized by the host, and only for the specified timeframe booked and paid for, unless otherwise terminated, is there an agreed upon accommodation.
