Welcome to the beach! Located on the southern end of New Smyrna Beach; Smyrna Beach Club complex, formerly Oceanview Towers offers a gated entry with many amenities!

This bright 5th floor unit sits directly on the oceanfront offering stunning northern/southern views both day & night! This beautiful 3BR 3BTH condo is located on the coast of the Atlantic ocean where you can smell the ocean air, reach out & literally touch the waves!

Updated & professionally decorated our unit features an open kitchen with ocean views, granite countertops, tv's (high definition in great rm), free wifi (within unit, balcony & poolside), wood cabinetry, stainless appliances, convenient tile floors...You won't be disappointed!

Relax & enjoy the morning sunrise over the ocean or mealtime on the private balcony & let's not forget the incredibly romantic moon lite nights!

Inspired by the beach, the decor offers a warm & inviting atmosphere.

Located on a non-driving portion of the beach you can listen to the soothing sound of the waves meeting the ocean floor day & night. Come experience the vast low tide with mother nature's water pools & high tide with rough waters/high waves (a surfer's dream) depending on the time of day/time of year & weather conditions.
You might even get lucky & see a sea turtle laying their eggs in the sand. We found this to be a wondrous sight!

Jog, walk or ride your bike along this beachfront.
Amenities of Smyrna Beach Club complex include car wash station, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, charcoal grills, horse shoe pit, oceanfront heated inground pool with expansive sundeck, loungers, sun umbrellas, tables & chairs for your ultimate beach experience!

A short drive to all amenities including grocery, restaurants, shopping, movie/live theatre, recreation, highway access, churches & hospital.

15 - 70 mile trip...to major area attractions including Daytona International Speedway, Daytona International airport, Port Orange shopping district, go carting, Orlando International Airport, Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Epcot Centre, Disney Movie Studios, Animal Kingdom), Universal Studios, Sea World, Premium Outlet Shopping, St. Augustine Ponte Verde & other excursions.

Absolutely NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed due to health issues; family owned & SEVERE ALLERGIES in children. LAUNDRY is NOT INSUITE (convenient, clean machines are LOCATED on EVERY OTHER FLOOR). We thank you for your co-operation.

Our condo at Smyrna Beach Club truly is paradise found & a great place to return to after the hustle & bustle of a theme park visit.

Beach fun

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The unit was well equipped and had plenty of room for our family. The owner was great to work with and very responsive. New Smyrna is a wonderful place to visit!

This condo was perfect! The kitchen and baths are nicely updated and the view of the ocean is phenomenal!! Daniella was super communicative…. We didn’t have to wonder about anything, we were very well informed about check in and check out. Can’t wait to go back!

Relaxing Retreat for our Family!

This property was perfect! It has been well maintained by the owners and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It had plenty of space for our family and my parents. The location is perfect... steps from the beach a short drive to town. Would highly recommend this location. The owner was very helpful and left plenty of information to ensure our stay was great.

paid too much

The property we stayed in was through the owner. and we found out later they require much more maintenace then other renters. They also charged nearly $1000.00 more then other rentals that were equivelant on size and accommidations. We won't be staying there again.

Thank you Daniella! The condo was just as described and had a fabulous view. Note: Master Bedroom bedframe is quite larger than the bed itself, please be careful as it is a tripping hazard.

Beautiful condo

This is a beautiful oceanfront condo with nice upgraded finishes. We had a wonderful stay in this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit. The complex is also well maintained. The communication was great and kept us informed. Would stay in this unit again.

Beach Vacation 2021

This is a Beautiful condo, we had everything we needed plus. As to the pictures on line...this property has much nicer views and more space than it appears, we had a lot of rain (all except 2 days) and still enjoyed our vacations on the beach. We have been enjoying New Smyrna Beach since 1991, we've stayed in a lot of locations, I'd say this unit is in the top 5. Daniella was the best, she's easily reached and quick to resolve any issues. Thank you Daniella for sharing your paradise with us, its wonderful. Jeannette

Paradise

We just returned from celebrating spring break with our children (5 & 7) and their grandparents. This was our 1st time visiting NSB and we quickly fell in love with this sleepy beach town. The condo was clean and well stocked. It comfortably accommodated the 7 of us. The heated pool was an amazing surprise that the children enjoyed late into the afternoon. We can’t wait to return!!!

Amazing Views! Beautiful condo!

We had such a fun, relaxing week! The condo was perfect, clean, well stocked, and had the best ocean views! We brought another couple with us and the upstairs bed and bath were perfect. Our 6 year old enjoyed the warm pool for hours each day, walking the private beach and collecting shells, her own bunk bed, and just sitting out on the patio watching the surfers. Smyrna Beach Club was quiet, relaxing, clean, and the residents were so friendly and welcoming! Daniella was a great host and gave us many great recommendations. Our favorite was what must be a well kept secret and that was Mary McLeod Bethune Park just two miles down the road. Our daughter loved the playground and as we walked the deck overlooking the river the first thing we saw was a manatee right below us! Then we noticed the dolphins out just a bit further! Orlando is just an hour away and we had planned a couple of day trips but the New Smyrna Beach area held us captive and we fell in love!

What a gorgeous oceanfront condo!

We were delighted that this 3 bedroom 3 bath condo was exactly as presented in the pictures. It was beautiful. We so enjoyed the oceanfront balcony with the breathtaking views! The condo was extremely clean and furnished beautifully. The pool was big and great for swimming some laps. Daniella was a pleasure to work with and we are so pleased we selected this wonderful Smyrna beach club condo. It was a great vacation!

Terrific

This condo was wonderful. Very clean and well equipped. The decor was lovely and very comfortable. We loved the New Smyrna Beach Club, beautiful place. The pool was very nice, and the staff and other tenants were very friendly and helpful. The owner was very helpful and concerned that we have a terrific vacation. And as always, New Smyrna is the best place in Florida. I would love to stay here again, if we are so lucky. Thanks Daniella

Stunning views from this beautiful condo!

We enjoyed a wonderful month at this beautiful condo. The kitchen is completely updated and has everything you need, and the living room and bedrooms are quite comfortable. The third bedroom is upstairs and our guests who stayed in the room indicated that they could not hear a thing from the main level. This condo is especially nice because it is on the no-drive portion of the beach. New Smyrna Beach has so much to offer - miles of beach for walking or bike riding, great restaurants and convenient shopping. We especially liked being able to watch the sunrise and the full moon over the Atlantic from the balcony of this condo. Here are a few of our favorite restaurants: Outriggers for Bangin Shrimp Tacos and Bloody Marys, Corkscrew for ahi tuna and at the BEST hamburgers, Chases for oysters and the view, and Blackbeards for prime rib and the salad bar. Daniella was a pleasure to work with and we hope to return to NSB and this condo for many years to come!

ALL amenities and BEACHFRONT ready for your visit. No damage here at our complex during hurricanes from 2022. Come enjoy all the beauty and serenity! Our family ALWAYS feels truly at home in New Smyrna Beach. The shopping is extensive, the activities and excursions are fun & exciting and the golf is second to none throughout this gorgeous state. There are hidden gems we discover each & every time we visit; you are surely going to love what you find. There are restaurants for each & every budget and excursions to match. The location is central enough to access the north & south with all it has to offer.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We absolutely LOVE the convenience of being DIRECTLY on the OCEANFRONT. We've visited Orlando countless times & certainly have enjoyed all it has to offer. However; each time we open our front door to find that GLORIOUS BEACHview we simply GASP, smile & feel immediately SOOTHED. The routines of life seem to get the best of us at times & walking around the condo, preparing family meals, playing games at the table with that mesmerizing view just puts it all back into perspective.
