This condo is located on the NON-DRIVING portion of New Smyrna Beach about 5 miles north of Canaveral National Seashore.

The master bedroom includes a king bed and a 42" Cable TV. There are 2 twin beds in the downstairs guest bedroom, and it has a 42” smart TV. Our third bedroom is upstairs - with a little added privacy. It has a queen bed, a 42” ROKU smart TV and an attached half bath.

We offer Secure 100 G internet throughout the unit.

Please know that this is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.

Outdoors- Ready for your outdoor pleasure, this unit provides AMPLE BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH TOWELS, BOOGIE BOARDS, skim board, lots of sand toys, AND MORE! If you should need it, a beach cart is provided to conveniently carry your cargo! Or, if tennis or pickleball is your game, rackets and balls are here for you to play!

The LARGE southern exposure BALCONY contains a table for 4 and several Adirondack chairs.

Indoors - The living room includes a recliner, love seat, and a full size sofa. As well as a large 65” smart TV. UPGRADED CABLE is available on all the televisions. The living room and downstairs guest room each have a DVD player.

The extras continue! The Newly Renovated Kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED, which includes ample dishes utensils pots & pans, etc., a full size glass-top range and oven, an extra quiet dishwasher, microwave and other small appliances; coffee pot, single cup Keurig, blender, waffle maker, ect. . . The full size refrigerator has an ice-maker. The dining table seats 6 and the adjacent kitchen bar seats 3 additional people.

Coin operated washers and dryers are located in the laundry rooms. A phone app may also be used to fund and operate the laundry. Laundry Facilities are on the North end of the building on all even floor in the building. Please feel free to use the shopping carts from the 1st floor to tote your laundry.

This complex has a BEACH-SIDE OLYMPIC geothermal HEATED POOL with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. For those who need a short break from the sun, you can step into a large air-conditioned clubhouse overlooking the pool, or sit under the roof covered area. Other amenities in the complex include two tennis courts, picnic tables, grills, shuffleboard, and more.

If you ever think you could possibly run out of things to do locally... Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Speedway, Disney World, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Orlando, Islands of Adventure, Bob Carr Theater, Gatorland, and The Amway Center are all about an hour and a half away or less.
