This was the perfect property for our very large family! There was something for everyone to do. The pool was clean and the house clean. Will definitely consider for future vacations !

Pool was awful! Wasn’t warm for our first 3 days! But we had to pay for it! Then the hot tub jets didn’t work and had to have those fixed so another day without it. Then it never even got hot hardly .

Overall, the house is very nice, but there are a few issues I need to mention regarding our stay:- The pool pump was not operational and the pool was dirty, so we were unable to use it most of the days. I contacted the host on 8/3, and the technician arrived on 8/4 at 3:54 PM. He cleaned the pool, worked on the pump for about 20 minutes, and assured us it was resolved. However, by the afternoon of 8/5, the pump stopped working again and the pool became dirty. I contacted the host a second time, and the same technician returned to fix the issue. Following this second visit on 8/6, the pool was in good condition for the final two days of our stay.- AC Filters: We had to replace the AC filters because they were extremely dirty, and the unit was noticeably struggling. It appears they haven't been changed in a long time.- Pool Screen: There were holes in the screen around the pool area that was letting bugs in. We had to use tape to temporarily repair it.- Games: Not all of the games provided are working.- TV Storage: The storage unit underneath the TV in the main area is coming off the wall.- It would have good to know that the closets didn't have any hangers to hang cloth

My family of 18 enjoyed this house the pool and the patio was a plus even though it does not have privacy curtains that is advertised . I had my 85 yr old mother who almost felled on the ceramic style floor. I think the house needs more floor runners for safety. The kids kept slipping on the floor please make sure you have shoes with grips on at all times the whole house is like that especially getting out of the shower. There were only towels and hand towels no wash towels, luckily target wasn't far I went there and bought some. Please don’t buy ice cream the freezer will not keep them frozen we waisted so much money on ice cream for the kids, I ended up throwing them out. We paid the 95 for the grill but the one on the patio didn’t work, so my son saw one outside of the gate and assumed that was the one to use so he was in the rain grilling our food. All of the beds are very firm. I asked everyone after the first night how was it and they all said the beds are really hard. These are just little things that I look to enjoy when on vacation and I read the reviews, so I’m just being honest for the next person. Overall for 4 nights we really enjoyed just being together as a family. We have been going to Kissimmee for the last 5 years and will continue and I will always post the truth. The host was GREAT and responded in a timely manner. Overall beautiful house.
