~ GUEST ACCESS ~

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the game room, outdoor kitchen, and private backyard amenities. Parking is available in the driveway, and garage access is provided for convenience.

~ IMPORTANT NOTES ~

No parties or events

Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM, enforced to maintain a peaceful environment. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool, movie pergola, and outdoor spaces in the evenings — just keep volume at a considerate level after 10 PM.

Pets are welcome with approval. Pet fee is $75 per pet per night (maximum 2 pets). Please include all pets in y our booking request.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors)

Pool and backyard are use-at-your-own-risk; children must be supervised

Please do not move or tamper with pool or A/V equipment

Pool heating available for $100/stay with 24-hour notice required. The heater can raise water ~20-25° above ambient temperature, with a max of 85° depending on weather

Outdoor rinse station uses well water (non-potable – not for drinking)

Exterior NoiseAware sensors monitor decibel levels only (no audio recorded)

Exterior security cameras are located at the front entry and driveway only
