Ground Floor (Entrance Level):

The living room features a cozy fireplace and large windows opening onto a terrace overlooking the beach. Here you'll find a comfortable bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double, an en-suite full bathroom, A/C, and a private balcony with gorgeous views of the sea.
Second Floor:
This floor offers two master bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and expansive sea views.
• One bedroom features two single beds (convertible to a double), A/C, and direct access to the upper terrace.
• The second bedroom has a double bed, A/C, and a charming loft space with a double mattress – ideal for extra guests or kids. This room also opens directly to the terrace, where the sea feels like it's just within reach.
A laundry area is also located on this floor for your convenience.
All bedrooms are equipped with large 4K TVs and Netflix – though with the sea at your doorstep, you might not even turn them on (save that for winter!).
