You’ll feel right at home in this newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home. The kitchen is fully equipped for creating delicious home-cooked meals, and the great room is stylish, spacious, and furnished with high-quality pieces for your comfort. The home comes with Cable TV, Netflix, and Prime for your entertainment, and the beds feature high-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Please Note:
This home is not suitable for large parties or events. Guests must comply with all rules to avoid disturbing the neighbors. You are welcome to have friends/family over for drink and small gatherings.
Pets,
Pets are allowed only in the summer and Only friendly. Please inform me if you’re bringing pets. Pet fee is $45 per pet (maximum 2). Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture, and please do not bathe them in the showers. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, their own beds and own bowls for water and food.
About Me:
I work from home in the casita behind the garage and have two dogs. Don’t worry—they have their private space and won’t be roaming freely. You’ll have the whole house to yourself, including all amenities and private parking. During the summer, the guest house is usually rented, but your privacy is fully respected.
