Three Birds on a Wire brings together three distinct lakefront homes along Point Pelee Drive— Peaceful Point Lakehouse, The KingFisher Lakehouse, and Drifter’s Landing—each with its own character, yet bound by one view: the shimmering expanse of Lake Erie.

At Peaceful Point Lakehouse, panoramic lake views and quiet elegance define the experience. The open-concept main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living space framed by sweeping windows that bring the lake indoors. Upstairs you`ll find a full bathroom with soaking tub and 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a private terrace overlooking the water, perfect for sunrise coffee or evening stargazing. Outside, unwind in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or dine alfresco as waves lap the shore.

Beside it, The KingFisher Lakehouse welcomes guests with bright, open spaces and modern lakeside charm. The main level flows seamlessly from kitchen to dining to living room, leading into a sunroom and a backyard that overlooks the lake. After a day exploring, enjoy the spa-style bathroom with a jetted tub and rain shower. Upstairs, three queen bedrooms and a second full bath provide comfort for family or friends. Outdoors, a hot tub, fire pit, and natural gas BBQ make this home perfect for lakeside evenings under glowing skies.

Just steps away, Drifter’s Landing offers rustic coziness and an intimate connection to nature. This two-bedroom cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, and living room with a gas fireplace for chilly nights. The sunroom opens to water views, while outside, a deck with Muskoka chairs, BBQ, and fire pit invite slow evenings by the lake. With one queen bedroom and a charming bunk room, it’s a peaceful retreat for couples or small families.

Together, these homes create a rare haven where everyone can gather yet retreat to their own space. Whether soaking in a hot tub beneath the stars, sipping coffee to the rhythm of the waves, or sharing stories around a lakeside fire, Three Birds on a Wire captures the timeless charm of lakefront living—a place where every sunrise and sunset feels like its own small miracle.

Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before check-in.
All reservations canceled more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Bookings become non-refundable within 30 days of check-in.

Please make sure to complete these steps before your arrival date.

Our rental agreement ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules and guidelines for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.

In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you.

To make your check-in process easier, we have an online check-in form and ask for a copy of your valid photo ID. This will need to be completed in order for your door access code to be generated.
House Rules: NO EVENTS OR PARTIES PERMITTED
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED!
Hot Tub: MUST place & secure the cover on the hot tub when not in use. No Glass in or around Hot Tub.

Rental Agreement - Guest must sign rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed.

Security Deposit - A $500 offline Security deposit hold will be required and a link will be sent to you.

The online check-in form must be completed in order for your door code to generate into your guest portal

Check In: after 4 pm
Check Out: 10 am to avoid the $75 late check out fee.

Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarettes butts appropriately

Shoes: We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as it tracks in a lot of things we prefer stay outdoors. Also we ask that feet get wiped off before entering the hot tub and the house.

Bugs- We recommend that you come prepared with appropriate bug repellent, such as bug spray, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your outdoor activities. Bug spray can greatly assist in minimizing any inconvenience caused by insects.

Unannounced guests: We ask that there are no unregistered guests past 10pm.Pre check in form must be submitted- All guests must be registered.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit to towels or linens to be taken from the house. Should you need extra maid service, please contact us to arrange it. Extra maid services would be at an extra cost.

NOISE- GUESTS SHOULD NOT CREATE EXCESSIVE NOISE AT A LEVEL THAT DISTURBS NEIGHBORS. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM-8AM

Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the appropriate bins. We recommend the garbage is taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors.
Recycle - Please separate plastics and cardboard and place in the correct bin. Do not place in plastic bags. Failure to separate will result in a $75.00 sorting fee.

Parking: Please Park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the grass. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Appliances & kitchenware: Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided kitchenware for our guests; we kindly ask that you load dishwasher and start before leaving. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.

Furniture & décor: Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create.

Pets: Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.

Towels: Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom.

Water & septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.

Liability: The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other whom the invite to use the premise.
