Montecito Lemon Grove Cottage
Experience comfort and style in this newly remodeled studio Cottage, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, soaring ceilings, and a cozy seating area. French doors open to your own sun-drenched terrace, complete with a private hot tub and BBQ for ultimate relaxation. The kitchenette is stocked for light cooking or to heat delicious meals from the area’s exceptional restaurants. The cottage is a 5-min drive to world-class beaches, resorts, hiking, and the high-end amenities on Coast Village Rd.
Remodeled in 2024 to echo the elegance of the nearby San Ysidro Ranch, the Loureyro Cottages is a thoughtfully curated property set in one of Montecito’s most sought-after neighborhoods, The Hedgerow. Overflowing with vintage charm, this coastal retreat consists of five stylish, light-filled spaces, each with a private entrance, secluded garden or patio, dedicated off-street parking, and private Hot Tub.
Located near exceptional beaches, renowned resorts like Rosewood Miramar, and Montecito’s upscale dining and shopping, our charming property offers the quintessential Montecito experience. With the sparkling Pacific Ocean just out front and the Santa Ynez Mountains rising behind, you’ll be surrounded by natural beauty. We are close to the highway and a main coastal road—making it easy to explore—though you may notice some street sounds, especially during peak hours.
The entire studio, garden/patio, and hot tub is private, and yours to enjoy! A unique code is created for you to access the home via a smartlock on the front door.
Parking: there is one dedicated parking space for the cottage. It is located on the street but is a reserved and marked space.

Uber and Lyft accessible
Bike shop up the road on Coast Village Road - Mad Dog Englishmen - can call to have them deliver.
Amtrak station is 4.4miles away. Once at the cottage everything is easily walking accessible.
Please note
- Lemon Grove shares one wall (with hotel quality soundproofing) with neighboring Cottage Garden
- For people with a pet, please note while the cottage has a yard, it is not completely fully fenced in. If you have a pet that is prone to running away, would recommend keeping them on leash in the yard.
- Parking, we offer one dedicated parking space for the cottage. It is located on the street but is a reserved and marked space.
- we allow one pet per cottage, please make sure to include the correct guest/pet count when booking
- we do not allow parties, or unregistered guests on property
- no smoking on the property
- we do have a weekly gardneer come though the property as well as hot-tub maitnence
Smoking: absolutely no smoking in the cottages or on the property at all. We will levy a $1,000 fee for smoking inside a unit.
Undisclosed Guests: we do not allow unregistered guests or parties at the property. Violation will result in you and your guests being asked to leave the property immediately and reporting to ABB and potentially the authorities (for a party).
Parking: One reserved vehicle parking spot allowed per cottage. Vehicles can not be over 18’ in length
Pets: we only allows dogs, no other pets, no exceptions. We have a one dog per cottage limit and there is a $250 fine for any undisclosed dogs.
For Service Dogs (not emotional support), we do not charge the added pet fee but we will need you to communicate the following in advance of your check-in:
1. Does your dog qualify as a service animal with the ADA?
2. Do you require the service animal because of a disability?
3. What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform?
