As the description says-the view is spectacular. The unit was ok, but maybe not in a rentable state at the moment. There was no hot water to the kitchen sink-no hookup at all. There was no existing water line from the water heater to the sink. They ran it to the general area but didn’t hook it up. There was also no hot water in the powder room. The hot water valve to the sink was hidden behind the drain pipe and just needed to be turned on. A much easier fix. There was a very large gap at the door to the garage area that allowed some kind of insect into the apartment. We eventually just stuck a towel there to keep them out. This is a typical Mexican neighbourhood. Which means that you will hear dogs barking at all hours-day and night. You will also hear roosters. The unit has an all in one washer/dryer. Mexico is humid. This combination means that when you are using a condensing dryer one load of laundry takes 5 to 6 hours from start to finish. We missed the part in the description where it said there were two double beds. They are very small and the mattresses are very uncomfortable. The host moved us when the construction on the roof top deck started-lots of hammering and general noise as the pool was drained and repairs were being made. We appreciated the move to a more comfortable place (comfortable to us) and have enjoyed it enough to extend our stay for another month.
