Our 2 Bedroom Apartment is located in the safe neighborhood of Vistabella, San Fernando. The space is recently renovated and has a clean and fresh slate!
The self-contained apartment is spacious with two bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, dining and entertainment area with a full-size kitchen. The entire space is Air Conditioned-Living room, kitchen and bedrooms. The front yard patio, gym area & laundry is shared with me.
From our location you can easily access other parts of San Fernando and environs using Maxis or Taxis which are available within 1 minute walk to the main street. If you are driving, free parking is available on the street.
The property is safe and secure with a dedicated CCTV monitoring screen within the apartment; the electric main gate and garage door are operated using a remote.
