• Pool Rules: Guests use the pool at their own risk. For the safety of our smallest guests, the pool safety gate must remained closed at all times and children require adult supervision.

• Security & Privacy: The property features 3 exterior only cameras (Front Door, Garage/Driveway, and Deck/walkway) which record video and audio and remain on at all times for your safety. We also use two Minut noise-monitoring devices that measure the decibel levels (not audio recording) to ensure we are respectful of the surrounding neighbors.
